Would be a no-pressure family project to make barn quilts for both barns. Quesadillas with creamy poblano avocado dipping sauce; roasted poblanos, garlic, sour cream, avocado all in a blender, add some chix broth to consistency & S/P to taste. I had an abundance of poblanos this year, use them in everything!
I totally agree with you, and tomorrow is Wednesday , I don't know about you but I'm going to watch one of their old videos again to get my Lumnah fix !!
Good 🌄 Lumnah Family from Texas. I started my compost pile for the first time ever this week in preparation for my garden next year. I'll be building raised beds over the winter. I also plan to get chicks in the spring. I live in town but have 3/4 of and acre back yard so I decided to homestead a little in town. Im so excited and so is my youngest (14 yr old) only one left at home. You'll have been such an inspiration to me!
Good luck, I'm happy for you. Let us know how things turn out good or bad. If you need help with things check out Deep South Homestead videos. Maybe check out their old videos over the winter??????
Your hard work has more than trippold your property value. It's amazing how much you've accomplished in such a short amount of time. You are wonderfully all around skilled.
By the by, thanks for introducing me to The Talbott Brothers! I sent a link to "The Coming Days" to a couple of my musician friends from church, and they want to do it for an offertory now.
Thank you for all you do. I look forward to your videos each day... except Wed and Sun, but think about you those days... God bless you for your clean video content !
What's not to love about this channel? Thank you once again Lumnahs for opening up your life and for giving us viewers the daily warm fuzzy feeling! As always a example of a life well lived. Good job guys! That barn is awesome 👌
Al, you love running all of the big equipment. It shows. What a fun time you have creating these buildings. I love how you guys work together. I look forward to seeing what you do tomorrow.
Good morning Al & Gina, Its still over 100 here in the valley, (AZ). YOU FOLKS DESERVE A VACATION after all those days of hard work. I hope you can fit that in.

Al will you be planning doors for the two bays? Two reasons, blowing snow drifts and security agains humans and animals. With that blank space you could put two tracks up for hanging sliding barn doors and store them on the left side until needed. Won’t need clearing to much snow if at all so close to the barn. I love when you do improvements to the homestead. Good food, good work. Bless you all.

We generally have quesadillas with the same fillings but serve along side with salsa, sour cream, refried beans, spanish rice, and when I can get decent avocadoes I make guacamole to go with. Absolutely delicious!
It's amazing how our kids taste will change as they get older! Mine was never a real picky eater but would not touch a bean in anything! Not chili or any Mexican type dish or beans and rice, now she can't get enough of them and she is 33!
I use one shell and fold it in half but first spread a little butter on pan then add shell on one side taco sauce then add what you like. My husband like Sriracha spread on one side then fold over and flip. Delicious never dry. On the side have salsa and a cheesy white Mexican dip.

Since I’m a transplanted Yankee living in Florida most of my adult life, I’ve been a tad envious of your cooler fall temperatures. Well, I am happy to report that, in the last 24 hours, cooler temperatures have graced North Florida and I am loving it! Not only is the daytime temps in the 80’s, the humidity is not too high either! Really enjoy your vlog. I am a retired teacher and I would have loved to have shown my students this build where you are using math in a most creative, practical way.
Storage barn looks great. I expect nothing less. Everything you do when it comes to carpentry , you do a wonderful Christmas job. I will say I have learned a lot just by watching and you All explaining. Why did you take figaro's chipmunk. He worked hard for that prize? He most likely wouldn't have ate it. He just like the hunt.. God bless . Stay safe. ♥️🇺🇸🌹
I think you should consider putting lightning rods on one end of you barn and new shed. Its cheap insurance.Even houses get struck and start fires.I put one up in Virginia because the neighbor's home was struck and blew a hole in the corner of the gable and started a fire.Luckily nobody was home at the time but another neighbor was and called it in.
Mr Figaro leave that poor chipmunk alone! Catch those mice and rats instead! Lol 😹 love my chicken quesadillas with some chilli cause I like a bit of heat. Add black beans as well.
We add fajita or taco seasoning to the meat and then top the finished quesadillas with salsa and sour cream...so yummy! Also try melting a block of cream cheese with leftover chili and using that as the quesadilla filling, a delicious way to stretch leftovers.
The garage looks great! So glad you had the lift! you are making great use of it! i went back twice, just to watch the satisfaction and pride Al had as he drove the kubota into its new home! So cool. well done. Gina, try mixing up your cheeses, try some white chedder, or a sharp chedder or even some pepper jack.
Al, you should have one of your metal worker friends design and make weather vanes for your buildings!!

Taco seasoning on the chicken and peppers mix then i add refried beans or black beans to the tortilla and add cheese let it start to melt before you add top tortilla so it sticks and then flip.
Loving your journey can’t wait to see the barn finished. Much love from London🏴🕊
Good morning from Indiana, Lumnahs!! The new barn is looking fantastic! Amazing progress!
We have a ridge in Australia called "rolltop" ridge, the top part is like a tube so it will bend easily to any angle without buckling 👍😊🇦🇺🦘
It's amazing what you can achieve in a day, the barn is looking great.🙂🌻
I’ll have a celebratory 🥂🍾 for you as a “topping off’ or “capping” party when the roof is finished! It’s tradition!! Looking amazing.
Well done. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Love it!
Great hard working family. Good wife, who appreciated her man.
It's been in the 40's the last few mornings here in the Southern Blue Ridge mountains :)
Jeff Perry making me think i may have to bring my houseplants in, if it keeps up- it will be the earliest i’ve ever had to do it!
@@cathiwim Here we will have a frost by Oct 15th as a general rule then a brief warmup and by Nov it's all over till spring

Gina, try mixing up your cheeses, try some white chedder, or a sharp chedder or even some pepper jack.
The green tin roof looks great..I also like my food plain and simple.
A friend in deed is a friend who'll pick your eye boogers when in need.
