I kindly disagree on playing "Note for Note" and "exact same sound"! First: I am not the original Guitarist and Second: I am not the original Guitarist. I can't play like him nor do i exactly sound like him, and that's the interesting thing on Guitar. Nobody sounds like anybody! In my 30years Career i always orientated on the originals but played my own versions, and mostly even with MY Sounds, and guess what: the fresh/new/different take on their originals was mostly seen as being better by the Artist than the original. (I need to admit that was way before serious health issues forced me to quit and being now worlds_worst_guitarist).
