ACB 3CS Mouthpiece Demo - A 3C on Steroids! Our CS Cup is Also Available in Other ACB Rims

The ACB 3CS is a very popular mouthpiece in our line. It's kind of like a 3C on steroids! We have a lot of variants around a 3 rim, like our 3C, MV3C (a little larger), and our 3CS, 3DS, and 3ES cups which are progressively shallower. The S denotes an in-between size, so the 3CS is somewhere between a C cup and a D cup, etc. Combined with our various outer blanks and backbore options, we have a TON of options around a 3 rim to help you get the sound you want with the easiest playability.
The CS shape has a secondary cup as you can see about halfway down the cup (although not a Parduba-style double cup), just enough to brighten the sound a bit and add some support for upper register playing. Our CS cup is popular matched with several of our other rims as well, like our 1.25CS, 5CS, and our MV3CS. Please let us know if there's a specific ACB rim size you would like with a CS cup!

I purchased this 3CS mouthpiece and received it today. I have been working out with a Bach 3e. The Bach 3e is good however when I put this 3CS in I couldn’t believe how quick and responsive this mouthpiece is. Very clean sound. Very impressed. Only a Trumpet Player could build this piece. Hey Trent, great videos.
I'm curious as to the difference in a double cup and a v cup as far as the concept of lip room + compression.
I have a tough time lasting all night on large cups, and also lip intrusion/getting the sound I want with shallower cups.
