Spot on. Marcy's skin is bright pale white with slight bluish tint, not some stone gray. The gloves go till middle of the biceps at least, she's hiding from the sun for glob's sake! Also the brim of the hat supposed to be enormous, it should fully cover her shoulders and beyond. But that's the small things actually. What I hate the most, they don't really know the character at all, they forgot the BITE MARKS! It's a distinctive feature, part of her, of what she become. It takes nothing to make these two dots for makeup pro. But they missed that, I doubt they watched the show at all. And the way she hold the bass just cringes me, oh glob, I just wanted to watch a nice video before I go to sleep, got butthurt instead :)
Moreover, found that picture from video thumbnail and now I understand why they made her gray. It's a SHADOW from the hat!!! They literally just took a picture and had no idea who Marcy is, disgusting, wearing that AT shirt at the beginning... What a poser...
If they used the pic they used for Marceline's Guitar thumbnail as a "model", it would be much better... Marceline is MUCH closer to white than the darker gray they used...
Marceline is light grey, not dark grey. She's barely grey, it's more of a white, ice colored tone. This is what kills most marceline's cosplays for me, it's that people make her look like dirty water, or stone. It just makes it look bad and poorly planned, and it ruins the whole thing. Why bother putting some cool prosthetic ears and fangs if you're gonna mess up the color that bad and make the whole thing ugly?
Isabela Sangiorgi They messed up the skin color because they surely don't watch the show and just refered themselves to the picture showed for comparison, thus confusing the shadow casted by the hat to her actual skin color.

I would have done the makeup a bit differently, using alcohol based paint I'd pail her out then add a light coat of grey on top, this would give a more softer look and it wouldn't come off as easily onto clothes or other things

You're, like, BLONDE!" >^_^< Here's a useful tip to help with Fang Lithp: wear your fangs as much as you can for about a week before your cosplay/LARP session, practicing your enunciation until you get used to them. I understand that you can just buy the tank top from a store but as someone that was interested on how she made the shirt, I was disappointed. Like her explanation was so confusing and difficult to follow, not sure of it was a voice over issue but really was disappointed. this happens in most of her videos, it's like she assumes that viewers understand how to cut out pieces on fabric fabric just by showing a quick second of the already cut pattern pieces. rarely does she ever explain how to draft pieces out using your own measurements, she's just like "cut out a piece for this" but doesn't explain how to to pattern out the piece or does a poor job explaining on how put the pieces together. I'm not saying she's a bad cosplayer, but rather she's not the best cosplay teacher, since I find myself more lost then when I first started. Like I leave myself with questions like, did she use a straight stitch or a zigzag? what stitch size do I use. can kind of seams are you doing? she explains none of it, and just assumes you know. she is a good cosplayer, but find it hard to follow her instructions

I understand that, that's not my concern, really. My concern is -- they messed up the color of the skin, because the only picture they saw was Marcy's skin shadowed by the brim of the hat. Because of that, they haven't put bite marks, as they are not seen on the picture. They knew nothing about the character they are about to portray. Wearing that AT shirt in the beginning is super poser to me. Also regarding transportation -- that bass guitar IS heavy AND they got Odin, he's heavy too. The only good thing in the cosplay was the bass.
Next time there's a character done that would require a ton of skin makeup, I would like to see the old coloured tights being made into a top + gloves thing. Because paint, it gets everywhere and can ruin costumes you've slaved over.

7:18 the way she is plucking the bass hurts my soul oml, it’s not that hard to read up on basic technique before if you’re gonna be that extra with your cosplay, srsly the first two things you’re taught to do is how to fret and pluck correctly
