This unit works well with my iPhone 12. I can “Hey Siri” and do any functions the same as if I wasn't on this bluetooth system. The music quality is absolutely fine. I do not expect these headphones to sound like the ones in Mercedes. With such a low cost this unit is a win, win.

Great review! There's just so many models and makes of these type of units and so very few decent reviews of them. This is thorough and answers every single question about them. Also, some nice guitars behind you. 🙂 One thing that I wish any RUclipsr would do is a full on shoot out between Lexin, Fodsports, Freedconn, Moman and others that may be worth a look. Every time I think I've made a decision, there seems to be something else like the Freedconn R1 with built in camera! But if every headset review was like this, then I'd be a happy guy. Thanks!!

Thanks. I appreciate the comment. It definitely is hard choosing which one to get. And what makes it worse is some seem to be the same product just rebranded under a different name. It really is trial and error though and you have to find the one that works best for your needs. Thanks again for watching by and commenting! Ride safe!

Good review. Do you know if you can still use the intercom while listening to music or if you have to unpair your phone to use the intercom. I've never had a intercom system before. Thanks

Si può ascoltare la stessa musica da entrambi i dispositivi ma derivando da un telefono solo?

It's noise canceling microphone, not the speakers

Is it possible to switch speakers? Can you put the JBL's on the system or any other system?

Since you have tested and reviewed both, what would you choose between this and the XGP? For now I am looking for a set so I can communicate with my passenger as well as listen to music.

Although Both worked well, I prefer the Lexin due to ease of use with pairing and features. I also thought the Lexin was easier to use with gloves on. The button placement is nice and responsive. Sound quality they are about the same. But if you’re only looking to speak with 2 riders at a time, I think the Lexin is the better choice

@@Mudslidex1 how easily do they switch from listening to music and communicating with each other. I know from your video the XGP is as easy as a push of the button on the side.

@@Mudslidex1 Bought the G2P dual pack, audio for playing music is decent but when we use the units for coms there is a lot of static. Both of us are using full face helmets, one set up with the boom mic and the other with the fixed mic. Any thoughts on how to fix this or is this normal?

I am a new rider. And I want the best loudest bassy sound with as many features on a TIGHT budget. My helmet is modular. I been looking through you reviews. Out of all the more budget friendly (under $100) intercoms which hold you recommend?

I’ve been very impressed with the fodsports fx6. Best bang for your buck. They have a newer version out and it’s around $75. amzn.to/4cwjvJY

It's a tough call, but due to the new XGP X10 having a jog dial, I prefer the XGP X10

I don't understand any of this - my friends and I bought 3 of these and they can't be paired together. Connecting two is no problem, but in practice it is impossible to add a third. 🍻

Is it possible to swap out the speakers for better ones or does it use a proprietary plug?

Distance goes higher when you are connected to 6 intercoms
