you dont even need super speed. You can just barely run back out of the room under normal conditions given that you turn around at almost exactly the first possible moment (and do not turn around on reaction to the vehicle)
Yup, the difficulty is how easy this can be to miss. But if you just inch ahead a bit and turn around it is really really easy to pull off.

I tried to run away from Toby and I succeeded, there's an exact block that makes the car appear and just get to that block and run desperately. Doing this will only restart the room, you need to be killed by Toby for the room with the spamton's trash can to appear.
Did you know that if you get rid off the crown of the second K.Round in the first chapter and skip fast the dialogue you can see the crown on the floor sliding and you can interact with it
