  • Inspired by Satria Yoga and the conditioning work of Stewart Francis, this flow combines Silat and Yoga postures in a way that is meant to strengthen the core, open the hips, and stretch the lower back. The flow is done on one side first, progressing through the poses and then returning to the beginning, before being repeated on the other side.
    As with all physical activities, listen to your body and seek guidance if needed. Feel free to modify/ adjust the flow based on your own needs.
    Poses are:
    1. Single palm touch to Silat kick and hold
    2. Reverse kick & hold
    3. Open Kucing to bridge up
    4. Reverse Scorpion to single leg Downward Dog
    5. Harimau lunge to single hand press
    6. Open Buaya (Pigeon) - extended, raised, circles
    7. Closed Buaya to shoulder touch
    8. Low squat & hold
    9. Crow
    10. Upward Dog - Downward dog - Hindu Pushups
    11. Straight leg rollover
    12. back to squat and hold (8), then 7 - 1.
    Repeat on other side.
