    Yes, you got Mass Rock right 👍, Catholic masses and religious education were strictly outlawed. Somewhere like this was probably the secret location where the local community would meet for mass each week. The priest would also have to be spirited in, after being in hiding for the rest of the week.

    Tides change every day by 1 hour. Don't arrive at the caves at noon everyday expecting low tide. Check the tide times before entering the caves
