Yep, did the landmine, used Square U-Bolt to fasten to rack. Ok, now build some Landmine attachments.
Also - PVC concept: vertical Bar, may be with Split Ring Pipe Hanger.

Any idea for DIY shrugs apparatus?
Not yet but I’ll add it to my list
genius...
Have you seen widening of the hole the bolt passes through in the PVC over time?
Not at all, it’s held up really well
@@KaizenDIYGym Great!! I am building one this week and will put it up on my Channel! Thanks for the inspiration
Did you use PVC over another material for a compelling reason, or was it just super easy to work with? I have access to 2” black iron pipe and the tools to drill it. I just don’t know if I am overlooking a pitfall from substituting black pipe for PVC.
The pvc is easier to work with. It is not supporting any weight so there is no reason to go beefier with the material.
Am I on a watch list for Googling this?
I should hope not!
Thank you for this video. Did you have to widen the gap after you removed the wheel to fit the 2 inch PVC or is it wide enough for the pipe to fit in.
I bought the pvc and the caster at the same time, so I made sure it fit while I was at the store. No need to widen it.
@@KaizenDIYGym Thank you, got the same caster from Menards and it fits perfectly. This thing is heavy but sturdy.
Genial!! Gracias!!
Thank you so much!
@@KaizenDIYGym A ti por tus videos e ideas!! Eres un Crack!!
gracias por sus amables palabras. Me encanta escuchar eso. ¡Seguiré haciendo estos videos mientras la gente quiera verlos!
I do Landmine squats with 3-5 plates, do you think this would hold that much weight? I wish I could do the physics math of how much weight is pushing into me vs. the landmine. If the barbell is horizontal I am guessing the weight distribution is around 50/50 then changes to more or less based on the weight being above or below the anchor point.
Yes, I think it’ll hold that much weight.
Hey man! What in the world is that tbar handle attachment you’re using with the chain? Did you fabricate the piece that slides over the barbell and allows you to clip a chain from your handle attachment to the bar? Or did you purchase it from somewhere? I’ve been scouring everywhere for a solution like that it’s genius!
I bought it but recently found an even better solution. Check out this short

What size PVC pipe?
I used a 2” pvc
Works great for up and down, but side to side lunges suck. The bar keeps trying to come out of the pvc
So true
i thought this was the bomb thingy💀💀
