After the verdict she didn't get 3M it was more like 600K...The media also just compressed the story into "Woman burns herself with coffee, sues McDonalds and wins 3M"!!!

You should look into what happens when the toilet breaks down on ships. You don't have to go out in space to experience the horrors of dysfunctional toilets. The after most deck of a ship which is usually lower than the main deck is called the poop deck.. that's what it get used for when the toilet stops working...
The toilet goes for a six when people put things apart from the big genduls that choke the vacuum system. Then the ships crew have to open up the piping and locate the choke.. it is a very messy affair.. it's somewhat like Shawshank redemption and slumdog millionaire, just with the hands though..
