As a coach i loved what he said about bodybuilding culture. I too have believed this for a long time that 'fitness' is not always to make a muscular body there are literally so many parameters of fitness you can work for. Alright ain't gonna go too deep into this but if you want to know I'm all in .

Thoroughly thoroughly enjoyed this talk. I absolutely love Gulshan since idk when - Shaitan times, yes; after Hunterrr - hell yes; but my love for him grew exponentially post MKDNH. So many, so many takeaways from this talk. I lovvved the Sabr part. Hearing that Gulshan started his career in his 30s, still waits for good opportunities feels like fresh air to my lungs you know. I put out my debut EP at the age of 31, working on my album right now at the age of 35, absolutely not in a hurry at all to do anything big. Sabr!!! I'm loving all of Chalchitra talks long-form interviews, Jim Sarbh wala was out of the world as well, but I'd say this one was much more relatable for me!!! Love you Gullu
Absolutely loved the episode. Could watch it even for 3 hours. I have some feedback though. The lactose intolerant thing you discussed in the beginning was incorrect. One doesn’t develop lactose intolerance from childhood. When we grow older, some of us stop digesting lactose coming from milk. That section could have been edited out of the video.

Love Gulshan as an actor. One of the bests with a unique stage presence. This discussion is a good example, however, that celebrities barely have cross functional expertise and their comments other than their expertise should be mostly ignored. For example, Gulshan have likely not heard of Pasteurization 😊 and I hope he is not naive to think that milk powders can't be adulterated 😂 Looking forward to his next hit!
