Your home cooking always incorporates your Scottish heritage, i love it! My mum was from NI and my Dad is from Derbyshire. So I still make all those meals we both probably grew up with (like champ). Scotland is in Britain chief, there's not really a 'British' accent but rather dozens of regional variations on typical English, Scottish, and Welsh accents including one or two separate traditional languages in Wales and Scotland.
