Keep it going! This is an awesome project. I count myself lucky to get 1 unit per month done. I can't imagine doing ~100 figures per month.

Nice progress! A true passion project. What are the logistics of getting everything over to Historicon? Are you driving or flying?

Flying, using battle foam to custom make foam and using their large 720 bag with a zip on addition pouch
