They probably do adjust it in motorsports to fine tune the handling, but it's present on pretty much all road cars. Contrary to popular belief, drift cars (particularly higher powered ones) actually want high grip levels, not low grip.

TROPtastic coming from someone with a controller it's very similar to dirt rally and that game is praised for it's tire physics. it's just fine, I've played this game for dozens of hours with the controller, just driving around the maps out of boredom. you just need to get used to it and learn each car, it's perfectly fine

Don't get me wrong, I like the game and I love the dedication the devs have to it, but if you've ever been on the official forums even the devs say that the handling needs more tweaks before they will be happy with it

I'm just sooo damn happy this game is back! I'd love to see Dan do more with it, get some mods, mess with the police chases, invent Top Gear like challenges... there's so many possibilities.
