- living alone in seoul ep.41 - what I ate in seoul over the weekend - some of the best meals I've had in all of seoul! I also share some life updates. I started a food instagram (@deliaxfood) to document the food I eat in korea and to also provide you with the most honest reviews of these restaurants.
I also shared about how I've been feeling extremely demotivated to work towards my career goals due to discouragement, paralyzing perfectionism, and burnout. I have not been doing well mentally because I have been experiencing lots of feelings of failure and inadequacy. Thankfully with the support of my loved ones, I am taking time to remember my wins as well as how far I've come along. Some days are better than others, so it's a work in progress. uhh gurl I haven't watched ur videos in some time and I randomly circled back here and I LOVE the content!! First of all, love u for the camera quality, omg and besides that, I really liked the slow, honest vibe but at the same time it didn't feel negative - it was very reflective. I love watching videos like that bc it's nice to hear someone sharing similar views - it feels like having a conversation :)
I am not sure whether the whole monologue was about content creation but I totally understand ur frustration. I feel like it's really hard to figure out the algorithm etc, but I have already found a lot of creators who are not super popular and I thought "how is it possible? they deserve much more recognition!" so number of followers, likes, etc shouldn't define how good ur work is. There are so many users rn that it's really difficult. Just try to enjoy the process. And when it comes to the question of when is the right time to give up - don't give up just bc u r not as successful as u want, if it's something u truly want u should keep trying.
I also loved how u described your experience with burnout bc I went through the same thing - I had a full period of resting, then hustling, and then resting again and I honestly hate it. I really want to find a middle, but it's very difficult. I think it depends on your environment and the people u surround yourself with.
Have you tried making some content creator friends? I think that exposing yourself to people with similar interests might inspire you with new ideas and at the same time make u enjoy the process more
I would actually really love seeing from u Sissel-like videos - chatting sessions mixed with vlogging interruptions :) I tend to space out after listening to someone talking for 5 minutes (TikTok is the villain) so I like seeing variety in videos

And the thing you said about being bad at remembering success and things we have done well is something I have struggled with too for a period of time. We need to love ourselves despite failure or success. And also remind ourselves that we are strong and we have achieved things, just because things feel a bit bad right now does not mean it will always be that way. Life goes up and down and then up.

God bless you all in Jesus Christ mighty beloved name. God sacrifice his only begotten Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. He came down to die so that we can have the chance to have eternal salvation. And he came down as man where he was born from a virgin girl Mary and he lived with man as a man. He was hated by many because they thought he was being blasphemous saying that he is the Sin of God. Even though he recited so much hate he still loved man kind and healed many sick even bringing back the dead. He did all his miraculous actions until they came for him saying he was blaspheming meaning saying he is God which is sinful. But he was The Son of Go, there was a trial regarding to his innocence but he was guilty in their eyes and was set to being crucified. He was whipped and he had to carry his own cross and no one helped him only one man decided to help him carry the cross for a while. He was then nailed to the cross by his arms and legs and suffered for hours before he died. He then was pierced in his side to prove his death and was taken off the cross. His people then buried him in a tomb and he rose three days later. That shows that he beat death. He then stayed with his people for a while and proved that he came back and then ascended back into Heaven. But he told them that he shall return and this time it’s to take those that are his and destroy the rest of the world. He did this all for us whether we asked him to die for us or not. Now we have the chance to have eternal salvation and yet we still sin condemning our own souls. There is and Heaven and also a hell it is for us to follow the right path. God already gave us the opportunity now we should use it wisely. There is so much more to Jesus and the things he did but read The Bible where it has all his life on earth and there is also prophecy of what is there to come. Even the devil will be cast into the lake of fire and will be punished for eternity. There is eternal salvation and also eternal damnation. CHOSE WISELY God bless you all in Jesus Christ name. Jesus loves us all and prayer is the best medicine, healing, protection and comfort
