Who pays the 12 million? Just sayin..

I was thinking that the only way three brothers can have this much fun and get along so well together is if they grew up in a very loving and fun family. This video is proving me right. When Dad gets the call that his truck fuel system is trashed and he ends the call with "I love you guys", I know this is a loving family. This Dad puts his boys first.

Out of 75 6.7s I've had (comany vehicles), I've had the cp4 pump failure twice. We replaced the whole fuel system both times and honestly ended up trading both of them in even after fixing them. They never seemed to be the same after. S&S diesel makes a kit to prevent this from happening.

Tiny shards will enter the oil and the turbo as well as the intercooler of course so you will need to flush the entire engine and and that point I would look to swap it out. Toyota family for decades laughing at you foolish domestic buyers.
I have no idea what it's like to break down on the side of the road, or blow an absurdly designed $10k fuel system, or an engine, and definitely not a transmission.
I simply pay more upfront for my Toyotas, then never worry about them breaking down, ever, as I drive them for hundreds of thousands of miles each with only standard maintenance.
They go through snow and pull out stuck domestics, they go offroad and rescue stuck or broken domestics, then they go on the beach for vacation and relax.
      Toyota life is good.
Well it was until Toyota went off the rails with the new Tundra and Tacoma, end of an era, and end of an amazing track record.
MY next new vehicle I may have to build my own, or move over to Nissan trucks since they are still half decent.
I would NEVER pay my money to buy any domestic truck, except an older gen diesel if I needed something that heavy.

I so feel you brothers. I just went through the same with my 2014 F350, but mine was worse and took out the engine. I had to replace with a stock long block from Ford. Get ahold of Gillette Diesel in Bluffdale/Herriman on 146000 south and buy the S&S DCR conversion and remove this worry from the future. I’m so glad I went that route because that pump puts out the same psi as the stock CP4 on the new HO versions. As for those Cummins guys some are actually feeling for you cause they have the same fuel pump. If you need a contact for a good diesel mechanic in the Ogden area let me know.

Had similar thing happen to my 19 f350, had a few injectors go out and had to replace pump. I did the “disaster kit” which is basically a entirely new fuel system from pump to rails injectors tank and fuel lines

Despite the setback, I'm still looking forward to seeing y'all be part of the Off-Road Games. Still loving the handlebar steering wheel you put together for Shawn. Here's hoping all of the RUclips cross-collaborations will help everyone's subscriber numbers. 👍🏼

That happened to our F250. It was still within the 100k mile powerstroke warranty and Ford DOESNT cover it. That is why we chose a Cummins for the replacement.

Dude! That Kie truck turned out great. Here in Yellowknife, NT Canada, I build Suzuki Carry's and a few Daihatsu Hijets with winch bumpers and UTV tracks. Great platforms to build, just low on power. They work great around here. Even in the -30 -35 temperatures with engine and oil heaters.

Always a bummer when the ride breaks down on a road trip, I hope it’s not a 10g+ fix.
