Less than 400 parts per Million is CO2 in the Atmosphere. Lets break that down into usable chunks. -- 400 ppm = 40 parts per 100,000 = 4 parts per 10,000. Four Parts per 10,000, imagine a Huge Fish Tank with 9,996 White Balls in it with Only 4 Black Balls in it filling it up. So after 100 years you take 1 White Ball out and Replace it with 1 Black Ball after 100 years, are you really going to Notice a Difference?????????? 5:30 That is a silly argument. While the percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere is low that doesn't mean it can be just ignored. CO2 makes the atmosphere less transparent for infrared radiation. 250 ppm (0.025%) is about one drop in a glass of water. Dilute one drop of ink in a glas of water and you will see what a difference 250 ppm make. Nevertheless someone advocating CO2 reduction should know these things.
The arguments about misguided policies doing environmental damage and nothing to reduce CO2 emissions are much better, valid arguments.

If C02 is heavier than air what would it be doing above the level of air? Yes C02 is densest at low altitude I agree and as it only makes up 0.04 % of the atmosphere than it has NO EFFECT on anything also if you test C02 to see if it has any magical effect on temperature in a closed system you will find it does not. Also we don't use C02 in any way in industry due to it having an effect on warming things if It did we would use this. What it does is stay low on the ground and smother flames to put out fires. Trees produce more C02 than man, yes they consume C02 but when the leaves drop and get eaten by insects and bacteria they produce C02 this is normal and 96% of the worlds C02 is from this form of action. This LIE all started in the 1980's in the UK, after many years of socialist Labour rule the government could not control the unions as they represented bot the manufacturers and the workers. This is why in a Socialist dictatorship a union is abolished. In the UK Thatcher became PM and needed a way to remove power from the coal miners unions. So a way to convert from coal to gas was required and she asked scientists to give a (BS baffles brains) answer. What they came back with was C02 will make the planet hotter so we need to stop burning coal and close the coal mines. This at the time was radical but got the job done. It then got picked up by other governments as a way to change all aspects of society. Any scientist that went against the narrative was shunned and de-plat formed not allowed to talk about the issue. Once politicians get hold of a thing LIES become TRUTH. In the UK David Bellamy was one man who refused to LIE on TV and promote NONSENS. David was removed from public speaking and dropped from all TV channels, he was never allowed to put his side of the story forward as he was a man who knew his subject BOTANY and how the planet and plants work.
David died in relative exile due to being too smart for modern society.
    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Bellamy
We have had this scam going now for 40 years and have been told parts of the world would be under water now and they are not in fact water level has been recorded as lower than it was in 1914. However the new way to measure water level is from 300+ miles away with a satellite in space that obviously is more accurate than a mark on a sea wall LOL.
It is estimated that if you build a room 20 x20 x 20 ft square and seal it for 1 year, then after opening it you want to balance the C02 created by man outside the room it will only take 1 match to be burned. This also does not take into account that plant growth we have on the planet soaks up C02 and the planet is 20% greener due to the actions of mans C02 production.
Obviously man has also cut down many forests and trees that reduce C02 absorption but as I said when leaves drop C02 is again produced.
Once we have NET-ZERO and the planet climate continues to change what will be targeted next? Kill all the animals and many humans or cut down the trees and shoot them into space to stop them creating the other 96% of the C02 on the planet?
All the computer predictions for man made climate change have been proven wrong / way out of prediction.
Scientists told us the holes in the OZONE layers crated by CFC gasses would take 40 years to heal, wrong again the were gone in 5 years.
The best thing I can say about people who just trust what the TV says is …... actually I can't think of an answer to that there is nothing good I can say about them!
REMEMBER C02 in atmosphere is 0.04% and if it drops below 0.02 plant life will start to die, if that happens we will start to die.

They don't even realise CO2 is not a problem AT ALL ! At 0.02% there would be world famine and at 0.015% all the plants die so problem fixed.
Even now farmers pump CO2 into their greenhouses to get the plants to grow faster.
The fact is plants like CO2 . At higher CO2 levels plants require less water so would be able to encroach onto desert areas. It's all round good.
Before anyone replies "greenhouse gas" . CO2 isn't a very good greenhouse gas it's effect compared to like clouds is infinitely small. In fact it we doubled the CO2 in the atmosphere tomorrow apart from better growing plants you wouldn't even notice .

saying that CO2 is not a good greenhouse gas compared to water vapor ( and methane ) is true . but that is kind of like saying that rattlesnake poison is a poor poison compared to botulism toxin. Both CO2 and rattlesnake venom only have to be a certain level of "good" to cause a dangerous effect. The prediction for doubling CO2 is roughly a 1 to 4 degree Celsius average increase in Global surface temps. Think about how much heat must be added to the oceans, the air the land, to raise the average temperature of a planet by even 1 degree fahernheit. I get that 1 - 4 degrees rise in temp doesn't seem scary at al. Seems like a minor thing, if you don't understand the difference between heat and temperature ( 9th grade physical science should have got us there ) Climate change is much more about heat stored in air land and water than the actual temp. 1 - 4 degrees also seems minor because the effect takes time to happen. There are all kinds of tipping point effects that can unleash other warming agents... One example is the Right now permafrost keeps millions of tons of Methane from being released into the atmosphere. Methane is a far more potent greenhouse gas than CO2. A fool considers tipping the first domino in a series of dominoes as a self contained event , like it falling over is all that will happen. The effects of increasing greenhouse gasses are reasonably predictable. But yes, let's bequeath to our great grandchildren Another bill for them to pay. and when they ask why we tipped the first domino? Well who cares? we got ours... and probably won't even be around to answer.

No it's not. Climate fear mongering along with dangerous cow, dangerous farms will cause food problems which will cause a population decrease and that's they want no matter what because someone decided that we are too many. Hydro has no impact on climate but banning heating at all options including wood and coal will make heating illegal. Problem is that they ignore what people want or need, ignoring protests and do what they want or follow corporations, wef or foundations orders. Everything about money is that they own doctors, scientists, experts which tell us how to live, eat, drink or wash hands. This stops only when people stop talking their money and care more about their life and interests. In the end all traitors will pay because some don't think, others care only about money but they're only tools and will be sacrificed when time comes. Because nobody can live without air, water or food.

To be fair to the official being questioned, the person asking the questions seems to waffle endlessly about tangential factors before "asking" a rather open ended question.
    Q. What am I to say ? A. WTF? Say about which of the many points you wandered past in the last three minutes ?
That being said Deb Haaland seems stunningly unprepared for this session. Recently appointed?

Today they started on the 2nd of four dam removals on the Klamath River. They hope to have this one removed by the end of august. Yet all the salmon and fish are still breathing in the silt. That's just like human beings breathing in dust all day. The water being used for irrigation right now out of the Sacramento river is so silty it leaves a trail of silt coming out of every irrigation valve.

Democrat environmentalists are not. In the 1990s an environmental group finally won one of many lawsuits to remove an earthen dam. The dam was about 30 years old. It had created a lake which was a recreation site. Businesses had been built, a community was nearby. Wildlife filled the area. Nesting Bald Eagles hunted in the lake. But they won finally. The lake was drained and the dam was destroyed. The values of homes plummeted, businesses failed without the lake, and wildlife struggled to survive. Let’s hear it for fake environmentalists.
