I bought the Libra one week ago. Surprisingly, the dosing funnel was not included. It is impossible to grind 18gr without having coffee spread all around, if you don't use the funnel. I've asked the reseller to provide me one, they said they don't have, and ask Eureka customer service also, and no solution from their side. Very disappointing and frustrating to buy a product that costs 540 euros, and not being able to enjoy it. So be aware
It's especially nice when you change the grind size, finer or coarser, you still get the same amount of output.. no need to waste coffee or use a scale to finetune weight by a timer :) well done Eureka!

Danke für das Video und Präsentation...ich hab zwar nicht geplant, mir eine Libra anzuschaffen, sondern die XL wegen der grösseren Mahlscheibe, dem kleinen Hopper (wife acceptance ;-) ) und des PLV aber es hat mich motiviert nach einigen Schwankungen jetzt erst recht eine Eureka zu nehmen, weil europäisches Produkt und solche netten Leute wie Mattia dahinter stehen. Mille gracie.

I really like my specialita. But to build a Libra just from it, and then deliver the grinder without a calibration weight and without a scatter guard ... That's not possible. What use is 20g on the scales if 0.4 - 0.8 g don't end up in the portafilter? Please improve immediately. Mein Vertrauen in Eureka schwindet. Sorry

it's a shame they went with 55mm burrs for the Libra, in my humble opinion.

Ich warte noch auf eine Variante mit größeren Scheiben für schnelleres Mahlen, dann wird die Specialita ersetzt. 🤗
Die Mühle hat leider nur 55er Scheiben. Kann man da auch 65er einbauen? Eureka antwortet leider nicht auf Kundenmails.
Nein das geht nicht wegen der Geometrie und dem Motor
