This deserves more attention. Local sustainable fish farms like this would have such a positive impact on not just the environment, but also go towards changing people's relationship with food.

This to me looks like a better way to farm fish simply because the pond is natural. The living in a natural environment with fresh water and pond plants and receiving natural food. Healthy pond healthy fish safe and healthy to eat food source

This type of life has to come back to common folk. Smaller farms. Family driven. Gives people something to do and gives them purpose.

Swiss German sounds softer than German spoken in German. At least to me who don't speak any German

I believe he is speaking Romansch, or another dialect from the Alps. (they are mostly Latin based.) I speak German and it is very hard to understand.

how is it sustainable if we flush out the fish waste and feed them with fish food fished from other places? can someone help me, I want to be sustainable

You are right. Real sustainability comes from using the entire ecosystem where the fish eat food naturally and fish waste is disposed naturally.

You can filter out the waste and channel into a sendimentation pond to grow water plants that are good fish food. You can see some of my video that I am using vegetables or water plants to feed my fishes.

Of course authorities always trying to ruin a good thing

The authorities are making sure he's not polluting a whole nature reserve. They are not stopping him. it would be awful if someone destroyed a whole ecosystem just for small personal gain. Surely you would agree with that!!
