I would love to know what TIM DUNCAN, another true genius of keeping track of everything that is happening on the court and knowing how best to respond, thinks of Jokic. I always loved to watch Duncan play! It was almost as if you could just look at his facial expressions to see the wheels turning in his brain, calculating a dozen scoring possibilities all at once, and in only a second or so! It's harder to read Jokic's intentions off his facial expressions alone, except when he has come up with an exceptionally good play. But from his plays themselves, especially when played back at half-speed or so, one can still figure out many of the dozens of options he must have considered as well. All in all it would be hard to find anyone who knows, or knew, every detail of the game of basketball better than Nikola Jokic, Tim Duncan, Jason Kidd, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Jerry West, Bill Russell, or Kobe Bryant.
