Father thanks for your reflection on God's Word. Yes, God's Word is the same, and we listen to it again and again. As the word says, faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. Every time I listen God speaks to me. The message i receive is different each time. Each reacher breaks the word differently. Your reflections are straight forward, from the heart so they speak to me. The setting, whether indoors or outdoors does not really matter. It is the message we get is important.

I totally agree with you that during Covid,the internet opened enormously and The Word that you broke daily from St Judes helped me to walk with and experience Our Lord.The Work of the Holy Spirit is evident in The Words that you share in the teaching which is nourishing my spiritual life.Praise be to Our Lord for this novel way of knowing And Experiencing HIM through U Tube and to make you HIS Instrument for Evangelizing.

Thank you father for letting us know that we should put our focus on evangelizing others, and let God handle the conversion part. I shared with you earlier about my sister missing for over two and half months. Her remains was found by a kayaker on April 13th, and we had a beautiful mass for her on the 27th. She suffered mental illness and had a history of going in water to purify self, and we believe that is what happened when she went in the river back in February. Her mental illness was a preoccupation of hearing voices from God, the Blessed Mother, and a priest. We as a family are confident she is united with Christ, as all she sought was to follow Christ. She leaves eight children and her husband. Thank you Father for earlier offering a prayer for her, your’s and other’s meant a lot, and God answered us. ❤😂

Yesterday, you mentioned Fr Michael when he came to St Stephen’s to give a retreat. Watched the entire retreat and it was awesome. Fr. Warner, we know you are on a sabbatical leave for two years. Thank you for this beautiful preaching father. What I take from here is..... We need to tear our clothes. The focus cannot be upon us but has to always be upon the living word of God. Even if the teachings are repetitive, it can still strike you differently each time you read it. Love listening to your preachings. God bless you always🙏😊

Dear Fr Warner - your reflection today clarifies for us the work of a missionary - to preach the good news - not to convert. Also you made a good point, that our focus should be on God's message not the messenger though sometimes people do tend to comment on irrelevant details. Father it's true the Word of God is not new but the environment in which it has to be broken down for us is constantly changing. It is in my opinion also that the Word can be broken differently or interpreted differently based on the purpose of the one breaking it.
Was hoping you would talk and give your two cents on today's readings too. Maybe you would not need to read and study and reflect so much but just maybe give a teaching based on past reflection and experience.

Still catching up with comments . If you ask me , spend time with them … as much as you can. Often extraordinary ministers of the Eucharist seem to be in a a hurry to get to the next house as ‘people are waiting.’ I don’t think you should accept more than three homes and spend half an hour besides their bed . Talk to them or say the rosary even if they are unable to respond
