Hi Ignasia! Thank you ❤️ So I’ve used beef tenderloin, also known as undercut. This is specially used for steaks. It doesn’t take long to cook at all. A tenderloin steak would need 2-3 minutes each side. Since these strips are even smaller, they cook soon. The time till the water dries up is sufficient. Using other cuts of beef will make it tough and require pressure cooking.
