I have worked in Sri Lanka, Middle East and currently working in North America, in Middle East and in Sri Lanka ( and likely in most asian) work places the definition of harassment is very narrow - regardless of what the rule books/laws say. Unless it's a matter of life and death, people tend to turn a complete blind eye. Until I started working for my current employer I didn’ t have a full comprehension of what work place harrasment is.

It is not matter of gender though. Men are also going to through harassment in our country. It is indeed a complex situation and nothing can be done.
Sounds like a working environment like Lyceum international schools and lyceum campus.even the Hr is a lunatic
