- Let's find out how ceramic tableware is made. It is surprising to see how a piece of clay is turned into beautiful pieces.

Starting with the manufacture of clay dough. The tun and hydraulic pumps mix all their components.
The mixture goes through extrusion equipment, and is ready to be sent to the factory.
The operator checks if the dough strength is within the expected range.
At the ceramics factory, the designer creates models of final pieces that will serve as a basis for making the molds.
With the model ready, the matrix is made. The matrix is made with very rigid plaster. And it is from the matrix that the production molds are manufactured.
Each mold supplies 5 pieces per day. It's a pretty slow process.
The operator feeds the mold with slip, or slurry. Turning the lathe spreads the mass internally. So she makes the shape of the mold. The excess is removed and reused.
On larger parts, the mold is made in more parts.
Depending on the part, you still need to trim some parts.
With the pieces already trimmed, they undergo the first burning or biscuit burn. Through a mat, the pieces pass through this oven, where the entire journey takes about 5 hours. In this way the pieces come out completely dry.
The quality of the ceramic is determined by the clay used at the firing temperature.
After the products have cooled down, it is time for vitrification. The operator immerses the pieces in a liquid solution that will give the color, texture and shine.
Going to the end, the products go through another burn. They pass through the kiln tunnel for about 12 hours.

Oi, pois estou pensando em fazer um curso em curitiba de ateliê, em cerâmica pois tenho vontade de abrir um ateliê, mas qual pintura pode vender mais no mercado pois tem pintura que se pinta e passa verniz e tem pintura que leva para o forno.
@@robsondaluz5209 Te aconselho começar com a pintura fria de início, pois a pintura quente (esmaltada) é bem mais complexa. Pesquise na internet, onde dão curso de cerâmica em Curitiba, outro conselho que te dou (em vez da produção) é comprar as peças em biscoito, pintar, decorar e revender. Na fabricação, você vai precisar de um espaço bem amplo pra poder produzir, vai ter que comprar ou mandar fazer um forno, os moldes de gesso, mesas e estaleiros pra por as peças e todas as ferramentas necessárias pra trabalhar, além da barbotina, (massa liquida que é usada pra fazer as peças nos moldes de gesso) ou, a massa em tarugos, caso você for modelar as peças no torno (oleiro) ou na mão. É um investimento alto de início pra quem ainda não tem o know how em cerâmica. Já na pintura, você só vai precisar de um sala ou um pequeno espaço pra pintar e decorar as peças, o investimento é mínimo, os únicos gastos, vão ser com as compras das peças, que dá pra comprar de início uma "meia dúzia" só pra ir treinando, das tintas e das decorações. Em Campo Largo tem várias pequenas fabricas que vendem as peças só biscoito, pra quem quer só pintar decorar e vender
