There is no power supply input for the +15V and -15V rails

Does it matter? This is a video showing you how to use Altium. It's not intended to be a perfect, working circuit.

It matters because you can't go further and if you use a connector for power supply rail, i hope this will give an error +15V and -15V has only one pin....
Please guide the people in a correct way,
