Back in 2002 I was a Mormon missionary up in Duluth Minnesota. There was a local bowling alley that had this machine and I used to go play it there every Thursday, which was our only day off. I'd save up as much money as I could because I was broke and wanted to play this as much as I could. The memories!
For me it was the Undertaker;) Very nice example that you have. For playing here at home on an all from stock example except the rubbers and balls, it is a total new ambiance that I find on your pinball. Brilliant 👏👏👏 Cheers from France!
Oh wow this is a fantastic pickup. Many years back I got lucky and found a wrestlefest machine is great working condition for like $250 I believe. Always cool when you get a cool local pickup.
Yeah it's a guilty please game for sure, and it's much more affordable than some of the other games on my list. The hunt continues for some of those other machines you and I have talked about.
I echo what you're saying about that upper playfield. Mine has been off for months while I've been awaiting parts - I will be putting it back on soon and that is a job I am not looking forward to.
Cool machine. Played it many times. Data East always gets a bad rap but I like their machines. Star Wars (which I own) has always been my favorite DE pin. Definitely did a fantastic job shopping out the playfield. Happy Flippin!!
@@cooltoy I'm glad Sting got his redemption and able to finish his story (no pun intended XD) in AEW compared to WWE. It was a shame that WWE wasted him just to say "haha that's the final nail in the coffin of dubya cee dubya!"
When I was young. I used to really like Andre the giant. And the demolish squad. And then when the undertaker and the ultimate warrior came around I loved them. Now looking back It has to be Randy macho man.
It's definitely top 3 Data East games in my eyes, there is just so much packed into this game that it's hard to count it out. Last Action Hero is also one of my faves from childhood. The movie is a guilty pleasure of mine for sure.
Awsome stuff, and yup that upper playfield is a B!tch!! What cpu rom version is your running? i just oprdered the 1.16 as mine has 1.13. anxious to see if it changes gameplay as on ball 3 you basically can just stack modes
Mine is the 1.13 as well. I'm not sure what the changes are between the two versions. I did a quick search but wasn't ever able to find any breakdown of the changes between the code.
Who is your favorite WWF / WWE Superstar? Let me know in the comments below!
Rowdy Roddy Piper. My favorite tag team was "The Bushwhackers."
Tatanka during this era but overall RVD
Hogan and demolition
Bret "Hitman" Hart
Ted DiBiase Jr., Sheamus, The Miz, Alex Wright are my top 4 favorites.

Dang that is an absolute steal!
MACHO MAN, closely followed by The Ultimate Warrior! Very nice acquisition there!!!
Great choices!
Alrighty then. I didn't know this one was on your radar. Amazing pickup. Its such an awesome pinball and of course the theme. Looks incredible.

@@garydinsdale I hope your knuckles come out unscathed, it’s a bugger
Very happy for you Doug. What a maneuver! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much! It’s fun to have classic Vince callouts, you know before he became a super villain
This is amazing and a stellar pick up. I'm so impressed at how well it's held up! Thanks for sharing Doug. Now...when can I come over? lol
lol as long as you're willing to put up with my crazy toddler you can swing by anytime 😂
Awesome pick up. This table has long been in my Top 5 of "Wants". Looks absolutely fantastic.
Nice, fingers crossed you can snagged one in the future
The pin sound mod really brings this one to life.
It’s great, I’ve put a pinsound board in a few machines now and it’s always a great gameplay experience
Never saw or played this one myself but considering the age that's in real good shape
Cool machine. Played it many times. Data East always gets a bad rap but I like their machines. Star Wars (which I own) has always been my favorite DE pin. Definitely did a fantastic job shopping out the playfield. Happy Flippin!!
Agreed, data east gets lots of flack but I love lots of their games. Star Wars is lots of fun!
Congrats on another amazing acquisition! I’m a huge wrestling fan as well and do enjoy Royal Rumble and the Wrestlemania Pinball machines!
Thank you kindly 👍
Wow beautiful machine! Looks like fun!!!
It's a blast to play
Mine has always been The Undertaker. That aura, that mystique of the gimmick, he had everything!
Absolutely agree! Taker absolutely Sting are my all time faves
@@cooltoy I'm glad Sting got his redemption and able to finish his story (no pun intended XD) in AEW compared to WWE. It was a shame that WWE wasted him just to say "haha that's the final nail in the coffin of dubya cee dubya!"
Yes! Absolutely fantastic pinball!!
It really is!
This machine looks incredible
Thanks man!
I play this regularly in VPX with a pup pack. The clips are a lot of fun.
It’s really great, I’ve played that a lot and you’re right, those pup pack clips of the matches and wrestlers really bring the theme to a new level!
Beautiful. Awesome machine. Have fun.
Thanks 👍
Gorgeous machine! Hope I can find one to play at Golden State this weekend
Good luck, hopefully you can track one down
This is excellent Doug! 💯👍🙏
Thank you kindly!
Nice! Roddy Piper was my favourite
One of the best wrestlers ever on the microphone!
Super nice. Didn’t know a topper even existed.
yeah it's hard to find these days, most have been broken or damaged and tossed aside over the years

Now looking back
It has to be Randy macho man.
Excellent choices all of them!
That's a nice pinball machine!!
it's so much fun to play and it has some really great call outs from Macho Man Randy Savage
@@cooltoy That's back when wrestling was good back in the 90's and 00's
Amazing pickup ThugFresh anything can happen in the world wrestling federation
Saturday nights for me growing up involved renting a ton of games and some WWF Coliseum home videos at Blockbuster!
Such a fun game! Nice pick up.
It really is a great game, I think too many people pass on it just because it’s wrestling themed.
Never knew this existed! Soo cool
Yep, it's one of the gems from the early 90s. Data East released some really fun games back then.
I own this game and love it! Nice work!
Thanks!
OHHHH YEAHHHHHH RANDY COOLTOY MAN! Nice one!
It’s such a blast from the past hearing all the great macho man callouts on this game!
This machine is amazing 🔥
Ohhh Yeahhhh
Haven’t popped in to watch your vids in awhile good to see your almost at 50k subs , I subbed at 1.4k lol
Thank you so much for the support, that means a ton to hear that!
Great grab!
I'm super happy with it!
This is really cool.
Wish I had one
Who's your favorite wrestler?
I got the same one! I love mine too
Such a fun game!
Amazing find! Not a huge wrestling fan but it's a fun game. Congrats.
You going to be at expo again this year?
@@cooltoy Room is booked yes. You?
yep!
Wow big win. Looks great
Thank you so much!
Such a great game! POSSIBLY Data Easts best? I'm still partial to Torpedo Alley and Last Action Hero. But Royal Rumble is pretty much perfect.
It's definitely top 3 Data East games in my eyes, there is just so much packed into this game that it's hard to count it out. Last Action Hero is also one of my faves from childhood. The movie is a guilty pleasure of mine for sure.
Nice pickup!!!
❤🏁Winning again
World Heavyweight Champion of pinball!
I love it!
Thanks!
That's my favorite pinball game
Awesome! You have great taste.
Nice
Thanks
Real rumble talk
Ooooohhhhh Yeeeeaahhh
I haven't seen this before - wow, what an amazing pinball machine!
It really is! Glad I could show you something new
ive ALWAYS wanted to play that machine... can you play it for awhile? lets see what it does!
Will the slingshot plastics from sterns wrestlemania le fit on this machine? I like to get the road warriors plastics and put them on this pin
I would not expect the slingshot plastics to be interchangeable between the two different machines
I would love 1up arcade to do royal rumble series arcade cabinets
That won’t ever happen sorry

@cooltoy me either haha I'll let you know what I discover 🤘
New pinballs every five hundred to six hundred thousand plays?
@@LordCyler every 500
