Morning:) How's everyone's week been? Today is 'Christmas tree day' for us:)) A little late I know but I'm superstitious and was too busy to do it on Thursday! I've got lots of Winter outfit ideas in today's video with my collection of Winter coats. I love it when cats come to “help” in a video, they love to be involved with whatever their guardian-Mom is doing. Yours is such a cutie. Cats make everything better!
Haha I love that you put the word "help" in inverted commas! He definitley has a thing for scratching, snuggling up and just generally doing things he shouldn't be doing in my office full of clothes! His black hairs get everywhere:/ Can you imagine the state of my white chair! I have to hover that nearly every time before I film! But, he's the most gorgeous cat and so loveable so he gets away with it all! x

I have the Curated Classic coat in charcoal and the quality is magnificent. I do wish they would do a beige version as the camel is too warm for my skin tone

I find it so hard to find the perfect wrap coat. I'll usually only love them open 😂. That's just to unpractical. I'm very curious about the curated coat though. When i was looking at their site earlier it seemed the arms were really short but on you it looks perfect. I'll keep in mind the sizing up part 😀

Haha well I generally remember to close it now because everyone mentioned it! I think the reason why few do it is because we’re mostly filming inside so it’s easy to forget how freezing it is outside 🤣 But yes if you do go for this coat and want it a little oversized like me I would definitely consider sizing up once or twice. I’ve never actually tried the one true to size but comparing measurements against another favourite the large was the size for me:) Happy Sunday lovely x

I do love the look of that coat from The Curated, but it’s so annoying that it doesn’t have belt loops and I like a front closure that covers the upper chest, that’s where I feel the cold most (scarves don’t work quite as well). I also would prefer a rayon-lined (not polyester-lined or unlined) coat, they cut the wind better.

I know what you mean about oversized.. sometimes there’s just too much fabric but I do think the grey drape coat really suits your style. As an FYI: Petite Studio NYC has the most amazing coats for petites. I have have ordered 3 from them, and love all of them. I am 5'1" and they are absolutely perfect for my size.

I think it is a shame the curated dont use lining. It makes a coat look more luxurious with a beautiful lining
I wish they would use rayon or another breathable fabric for linings.
Hi lovely, I must admit I actually prefer it that they don't have a lining, I think it feels more luxurious to feel that cashmere against me. Unless of course they added a 100% silk lining which would be amazing but I'm imagining that would double the price of the coat! x

@@FashionStyleEdit putting up the Christmas tree on Black Friday, the day after our Thanksgiving holiday (the last Thursday in November), is getting to be quite common here in the US. Shopping Black Friday in shops can be a nightmare with traffic, parking, checkout lines, etc. The tree is usually left up until after New Year’s Day, so we get to enjoy it for more than a month.

Hi lovely, isn’t it a pretty one, and organic too apparently:) I’m wearing a 10 here but I would say consider possibly sizing up. These kind of tops need a little extra room I think and as I’m pretty flat chested I’d say a size up would be a safe bet. Hope that helps lovely x
I absolutely love the navy Sezane shorter coat. It is currently out of stock, but I am keeping my eye out for it to be restocked. I totally agree with the sizing of a coat. I had been looking for a long navy coat and last year purchased one from Mango, but sadly I only wore it once because I felt that it swamped me. I guess the oversized look is not for me.
It’s a shame isn’t it, I think they’ll definitely restock as it’s such a classic for them it’s just a matter of when! If I spot it I’ll let you know😘 The oversized trend can be lovely but with certain coats I think you have to be careful you don’t feel drowned in fabric:/ Like you experienced I guess, it can sometimes ruin the whole vibe if it’s too exaggerated. Lovely selection. I would never wear the puffer coat. I really liked your cream coat. I just ordered the hounds tooth coat from Sezane...have you tried it on? They said size down and I did....just hope that I made the right decision. I love how you put your outfits together.
Hi lovely, Sezane are normally spot on with their sizing advice so I'm sure it'll be wonderful. Always love their pieces as you know so I don't think you could go wrong with choosing any of them! I did spot the other day their big wool coat in a vintage blue:)) So dreamy, I loved it. I must stop buying Winter coats now as I already have enough! I think it's become a bit of an obsession! I have bought very good quality winter coats in the past, and they have lasted for ten years and more. I just found a vintage long shearling coat that is so warm and pretty❤.

I love the first coat , it's stunning. I would be too scared to wear it in that colour though and your camel coat is lovely. I love your rock chick look in the aviator jacket- yes a different look for you but you can definitely pull it off. We aren't putting up our tree until the 11th.

Hi Kate, well I'm not sure of numbers exactly but I would say minus something. The cashmere content is really high for a coat at 30%, you don't get that a lot with coats so I think because of that high element it's keeping me far warmer than you might first think. Often people assume coats like this couldn't be warm enough because it's not super thick and bulky but I really think it's down to the quality of the fabric composition that makes it really retain it's heat:) x

Hi Silke, that's a lovely thing to say thank you so much:) I went true to size with that one with a UK10 and it fits perfectly. I think that tailored shape works best when they fit properly rather than oversized so I would advise the same. Have a wonderful start to the week lovely x

Another great video but I’m distracted by keep thinking you need some vibrant 💄 - having recently had a colour analysis has changed my styling habits forever and I wish more fashion channelists (including you) would consider colours that love them best rather than just the colours they love
