My tip is use Technique for literally everything. It makes them all better. The only events that you shouldn’t use it for are boxing (speed), bmx(speed) and tennis (power).

For 100 m you needa get the start just right for the final and when the last spout word appears you press what direction it tells you to. And press L1 just before you hit the finish line.
For beach volley you have to watch where the other 2 players are and when you serve or hit you needa change direction to wherever they’re not standing and only press x when the ball turns red. And when they serve watch where the shadow is and get there ASAP. Btw square button is the lob.
For table tennis L1, L2, R1 and R2 are spins and it makes the ball more powerful and it makes you win easier. And tip is don’t get too close to the actual table.
The fact that in the desc the game is Fifa and not Tokyo 2020
