Milla you rock!!! I have been watching all of your videos all evening! You and your hubby have done fantastic!!! I see the weight loss doctor for the 1st time on the 20th & I'm so excited...I'm in a wheelchair and need to lose badly...my brother has done great too!!! I hope I can achieve my goals like you have! You're my new inspiration
I had the Nexplanon too and they had to take it out in a month cause I started hemorrhaging. I just had my RNY Nov.10, 2014 (1 week ago). Good luck to you! I hope things get better for you! Keep those videos coming
try throwing a couple chicken breast strips in a baking pan with some big slices of cabbage and sprouts and carrots or whatever other veggies you enjoy...a little water, salt and pepper...cover with foil and bake. very easy and you can do it on the grill in a foil pouch on a nice night to get outside and get some fresh air. i have watched a lot of your videos today and i hope you and your husband are both doing well. just want to say, dont be so hard on yourself because you look great. find some things you like to do since the gym doesn't suite you. try hiking or swimming or going for a morning run...relax and "treat yourself" by setting up a nice table setting and some candles or music while you cook a really healthy and beautiful meal instead of having the foods you know are not good for you. I am having my surgery in Sept and i hope i can do as good as you guys have. love that you are both communicating and that he encourages you to stay on track. i hope this encourages you to focus on just being happy and being good to yourself as well.
I'm curious to know if you have read the book "A Pound of Cure"? A few veggies that are great for me are Brussel Sprouts (good protein for a vegetable and you can roast them with oil and salt - delish or you can boil the heck outta them and have them mushy) and Beets.
You remind me so much of my best friend in high school. Its amusing every time I watch you. Yeah I wont touch soda, just because I was so freaking addicted to it before surgery. I could NOT quit it. Chocolate though.... :- I

years ago I used to throw veggies into the blender and drink it like a smoothie. I would even throw in beets. Now when I drink it i throw up. boo. :(

Soda for me leads to bad choices...mainly cheez-its :-(
