It is very easy to start in this business, ppl commonly think that they have to start out with 100 yards a week and have 7 zero turns and 20 weed eaters and thousands of dollars in equipment lol. I started with a push mower and ramps into the bed of my truck and made a name for myself, work snow balled and I was able to go full time my first year. If anyone wants to do it....just get started the easiest way they can 🤷♂️

Your business goal is to get to the point where I can work a part-time job and do landscaping and and have a living wage. This summer I want to start mowing me and my girlfriend are going to mow together I don't drive but I'm working on it. I have very little experience I mean I know my yard my dad's yard my grandma's yard I move this one guy's yard for a season but I have never done a full scale business like I want to. I remember watching your one video about doing what you love and you loved to mow. Which is the same for me which is what I'm going to start out with but I want to add more services I just don't know what yet. Only because I've never had experience with anything else really. I've done some tree trimming some hedge trimming but not much. . . I'm going to be using a very budget setup I have a business plan for mowing at least You may laugh at my equipment but I think it's some good equipment personally. I have two two cycle lawn boy commercial mowers but they're only 21 inch and I want to go electric for blower and weed wacker but from what I've seen I might need a lot of battery power for that. Maybe after I get a mowing customer base down. I'd love to talk to you about learning other services or other business ideas with landscaping you and me are very similar mindset wise in a way ... Lmk
What happens if you get injured somehow and you can’t work for 6 weeks? Have you contacted other lawn care businesses to work your job during that period? What is your plan?
