  • My favorite steamed diet dinner (easy, light & delicious!)
    The ingredients:
    1 pound lamb rib chops
    2 pounds of potatoes
    2 medium carrots
    1 pound of green bean
    4 garlic cloves
    Salt, black pepper, cumin
    Butter to sauter the vegetables
    1/2 cup chopped flat parsley
    Mix salt, black pepper & 1/2tsp cumin,
    rub the chops with the spices
    a steamer, pour boiling water in the lower pan. In the steamer (basket with holes), add fresh rosemary, thyme & parsley stems, add the rips & garlic, cover & steam until tender. Remove, brush the rips with the steamed garlic
    In the same steamer, add vegetables steam until tender
    Sauter the vegetables in butter, add salt, black pepper & parsley
