There was a time in my secondary school when I would read like crazy and my father would believe that I was deceiving myself but I wasn't so that put me down so when results came they weren't so great and it affected my finals too, very much. I had friends who didn't pray and still passed so I thought if I didn't pray then I'd pass more but I feared Allah too much to do it so I prayed and fasted since at that time it was the holy month of Ramadan. at the end of it all I passed all my papers but math and in my country it's absolutely necessary, I almost lost all hope and stopped praying for a while blaming myself and everything. my story is a long one but I have complete faith in Allah now nd believe in whatever plan he has in my life. there's a reason for everything in this life
I had heard this story before from my best friend but yet I cried while watching it . Allah

I just feel like Allah’s mercy will never extend to me. I’ve prayed and asked and begged and cried. Never an end in sight this Ramadan is the hardest for me, I’m struggling with my faith in Allah. Please pray for me that I find Allah again.

Allah swt is more merciful to us than our mothers he says o my servants those who have crossed all boundaries do not despair from the mercy of Allah for he forgives all sins. he forgave a man who killed hundred people and I am sure any of us watching this haven't killed a single person if Allah swt forgave him then definitely he will for give us we just need to turn to him in sincere repentance and remember that what ever happens to a Muslim its for his sake and benefit because Allah love you so he tests you more and more so your sins are forgiven and he doesn't want to put you in jahannam because when he tests you then you turn to him because he love us he wants us to turn to him. even when we are ill the illness it self washes a way our sins. Islam gave us hope a person can be hated by everyone but as long as Allah's pleased with him that's enough for.Jazallah khairan.

stay away from things that are causing you to sin. identity the root cause? is it mobile phone, any friend, any girl, tv or whatever? stay away. and even if you are the greatest sinner(I know you are not) Allah will forgive you. just make lots of dua and be friends with pious brothers.

I have left Islam almost a year ago (i have only became a muslim for almost a month) because my prayers did not give me the feeling of peace anymore... i believe it must have been because of my sins... I know that Allah would forgive my every sin but... what's the meaning of asking forgiveness when you are going to do it again a minute later? I don't like to change... so how will i change when i don't like to change??? Also what is actually prohibited and permitted? Why there are lots of sects and how i will find the true one? I am asking this because they have theologcial differences so different rules and prohibitons/permissions. And this would confuse a lot of people.
The correct islam is ahlus sunnah wal jama'a. Repent make tawba and try again. We all feel ups and downs in our iman sometimes even in our khushu in salah but that's no reason to leave islam over in fact you should try harder to build up your iman and khushu in salah. Stay strong, it will become clearer as you go along and it will become easier and make friends with righteous muslims and go to the masjid often. Don't let shaytan delude you. You knew islam was correct at one point so what made you want to leave? it was shaytan. So do the jihad un nafs the inner struggle and worship Allah as you were created for this purpose.

Do this evey Day. all of us do suffer. but suicide is no solution to your problem because when you die you are not free anymore, now you still have free will to ask for forgiveness for your sins. this illness is to delete your sins and a test for your belief in God ,in Allah. this is your chance. dont waste this great opportunity .
