Sea moss and nettle are great for energy during pregnancy. Red raspberry leaf tea helps with the toning of your uterus which helps with shorter push time and labor to start on time. Look it up. Also drink a gallon of water a day seriously labor is no joke labor is called “labor” for a reason. 😊

@@TerrikaJahniece just remember to give yourself grace and askong for help when you are tired is more than okay!! And girl i gained 60lbs+ with my first baby i went from 120 to 180 sum (im only 5'1" lol) lol if i bent over i would fall forward! It looked like i was carrying twins!

Hi I noticed the word Food is always flashing in your videos on your microwave oven it is best to always press cancel so only the time shows, when it stays flashing like that you run the risk of the whole microwave going out.I worked for General Electric years ago and letting it flash just does damage in the long run

Ok here’s one way to look at it. It’s already gonna hurt. We know that but the best thing to do is to think the pain is Mott’s gonna last long. Try to focus on something else. Also being that your this close to the end, try drinking red raspberry leaf tea and eating dates. It helps speed up the labor process. Girl I had 2 back to back. I ain’t slept in 3 years. Smh

She says that as soon as you are ready she will come cook 4 u. Her birthday is Wednesday and she will b 103 and she asked us to renew her gun range membership and some new shoes for church! LOL!!!!
