We usually say that the Spice Girls got that big because of Simon, but at the end of the day it was never about the music. It was about attitude. And who had the most attitude? Geri. That's her talent. She was the brain behind the Spicemania. She knew what would work in Pop Industry. She had the vision of what kind of lyrics, beat and attitude would sell 55 million albums!
@Mokugin81Vintage well she hasn't given up now that there's a reunion lol...but i agree. i only really liked emma's and mel c's solo albums, but i think nobodies stuff was going to sell as well as the spice girls as a group because it was so huge at the time and you couldn't recreate all of the marketing that went with it...that and people mostly knew them as their personas and not their real names/selves (at least kids did), so people weren't as interested. i think now solo artists are able to do better after a band thanks to streaming (like the 1d guys, camila cabello etc).

News flash people grow up I’m sure your not the same as you once where and no she did not break my heart I want her to be happy with who she is not who u want her to be sad that so called fans expect people or their stars to stay the same she was in her 20s I miss the past but I’m not upset because she just if she’s happy then leave her alone I don’t want them to be who people want them to be and be unhappy so get over it you need to not live in the past you can enjoy what was once was but people grow and change their is more to her than just ginger spice
