So I can’t really remember all the questions but they would ask if you’ve worked in a nursing home before or any healthcare sector
Questions like: how to give personal care
How to deal with residents that have dementia
How to handle aggressive residents
Another question is also different types of abuse
How to na die residents with eating disorder
I was about asking if she's yoruba then I heard when I left Nigeria 🤣🤣🤣am like tell me you are from Nigeria without telling me you are from Nigeria 🥰🥰🥰anyways this is informative and so insightful

But let me ask, First Care, our agent, is not sponsoring. But to support with relocation. They offered 2 year contract with 6 months probation. I want to ask must someone stay with them till the end of the 2 years contract. If yes, what do we tend to lose or gain. Secondly, is first care, Wicklow a private care home?

Firstly yes you must stay with them till your contract is over if not you’ll have to pay them back their money they used in sponsoring and/or they might withdraw their sponsorship from you.
And secondly, first care is a nursing home in Wicklow
