You've got two line out jacks plugged in. Why are you trying to make us think we are listening to the built in speakers? I've tried out the RD-88 and it's great because it is only 30lb and has good piano sounds and decent action. The speakers may be good for a quick practice session but they aren't great.
The speaker system sounds fine for what it's intended for.... Monitoring yourself without having to use a PA, but I'd hardly call it outstanding. It might be expendable but getting new sounds into it a complete PITA! Saying that, I really like my RD88.

The RD-88 has a MIDI OUT jack but not a MIDI IN jack.

Yes - it has great MIDI capabilities. It has a MIDI out (5 pin DIN) as well as USB MIDI. I've had mine for a few weeks and I absolutely love it!
@@madness8556 Yes it does. It has a MIDI OUT standard port or you can do both MIDI OUT and MIDI IN through USB with a DAW
