Try going to the home page and go to the brush at the top of the page. Keep hitting it until you get 0. Or go to the tanggula home page (not the app) go to setting - Apps - look for tangtv. Then go down to clear cache.

Hi Hector. All the tanggula boxes have to be updated. I was told by tanggula some boxes need a username & password. To be safe contact Tanggula before trying this upgrade.

I'm not sure why your EPG isn't working. I just tried it now and it refreshed. I'm thinking it's being blocked. Can you try rebooting your modem or try using Hotspot. Just to see if that helped.
Per tanggula instructions, i swapped my x1 128gb for a x1 64gb with 'newer components' to handle the new app. Big mistake. Constant freezing, slower speeds, other apps are slow. They have no answer for this. They screwed over older customers to avoid what? Password sharing? The service is terrible now.
@@JasonTech Buffering is only part of the issue. Every app lags. I upgraded from 400mb internet plan to 1gb. Speed tests used to be 400mbs+ // VPN 75-100mbs. After upgrade 800mbs+ // VPN 185-200mbs. After new app installed, 400-600mbs // VPN 10-17mbs. My VPN upload is faster than the download.

You're Welcome. But before you delete anything, reach out to tanggula. Because a lot of people are having problem doing the upgrade on the X1. One person comment, he said he hit logged out and the user name was his S/N. And that's how he did the upgrade.
So far this has been a horrible experience - you are an awesome dude, but you are taking for granted that all of us are as “tech savvy” as you are. I have completed the downloads, but you continued to File and said “you can see the downloads.” Neither on your pictured screen on my real screen is there anything that looks like what you are talking about. Please tell me how to find the downloads. This is a really horrible thing that they are making us do and I resent it, particularly because I am doing in on the new Elite. You can try doing a factory reset.

Yes. But before you ununstall the app. Make sure you find the S/N. If you can't find it. Look for the username.
The username is the S/N.

I cannot find where to reboot, only to restart. Now the live TV quit working and I get an error code 01. I tried to restart and still nothing .
Updated the Tang TV app. Was working fine. Now an Error #1 message has appeared. Can't get a hold of CS. Did you get this message?

The superbox is usually good. If your running off WiFi, try moving the box away from any equipment. Try clearing the cache.
I run regular wifi and 5 g
If your modem isn't in the same room, switch to the 2.4G wifi. See if that helps.

Same here, the box was good before this update and now I don't even use it anymore. I can't take the buffering anymore.

I hope you doing upgrade your internet because of this box? The buffering is from the new server they are using. The old server was a lot better.
