That is what the real estate agents, realtor along with vloggers do to deceive ppl by saying Ocho Rios, whenever they are selling homes in St. Mary that is close to Ocho Rios.
This place has been featured many times before and there have been 🚩🚩 raised after propective buyers did their due diligence. I would advice any prospective buyer to GO HARD on their due diligence 👀👀👀👀.
St Ann is my favorite parish, I wouldn't like in St Catherine or Kingston even if i was getting a free home. I love that home and area very peaceful.
I live in Saint Catherine and its not all bad
The house is in St Mary.
Kingston has some of the most expensive houses on the island...do some research it will have you wanting one of those free houses

Why them windows so low to the ground. People will kick right in. My windows must be high off ground
Housing plot plan is horrendous. This will cause a lot of fights between neighbors
I went to view these in 2020/1. It was too far from ochi, and wasn’t a great journey to get to. And they were at least 35M for the smaller houses. I guess that’s why to date most remain unsold.
I believe it is St Mary, and driving to get to the location has some questionable areas
I am a Jamaican living abroad. I know too many places in my country. This place is in St Mary, and be blunt about that argument. Don't get me wrong, it is beautiful.
St Mary. Lady not Ocho Rios is in St Ann. Boscobell border St Mary and St Ann.

Nothing wrong with the parish, but this is in St Mary and not St Ann; and it is certainly not Ochi…it feels like a community in the country (or bush)…
