These prices don’t make no sense last year it was going for $30 million for 3 bedroom and the 2 bedroom 25 million now it’s 35 million for the 3 bedroom and 30 million for 2 bedroom kmt normal hard-working person can’t afford it.Not even in mortgage.

I am a Jamaican living abroad. I know too many places in my country. This place is in St Mary, and be blunt about that argument. Don't get me wrong, it is beautiful.

Housing plot plan is horrendous. This will cause a lot of fights between neighbors

This house built to make it easy for criminals tonwalk right in including rhe neighbors who always are the criminals

Why them windows so low to the ground. People will kick right in. My windows must be high off ground

Nothing wrong with the parish, but this is in St Mary and not St Ann; and it is certainly not Ochi…it feels like a community in the country (or bush)…

How much is it

I went to view these in 2020/1. It was too far from ochi, and wasn’t a great journey to get to. And they were at least 35M for the smaller houses. I guess that’s why to date most remain unsold.

This place has been featured many times before and there have been 🚩🚩 raised after propective buyers did their due diligence. I would advice any prospective buyer to GO HARD on their due diligence 👀👀👀👀.
