Hello, and thanks for tuning in! Yes, we were required to arrive early. The verbiage stated 45 minutes in advance, but we arrived 20 minutes early and were able to take advantage of the benefits. Not sure if this works for every event, every sailing, or every ship.

For this sailing, yes. For our larger ship sailings, no. With so many free dining options and amenities, there weren't long lines and/or wait times. We purchased the internet early, which was a cost saver, so there was no reason to purchase the Key on the larger ships.

Hello there! If you're using your phone, you have to access the actual website, not the app. Log into your account and go to Cruise Planner. Scroll to the bottom, and you should see the option to add the Key. Hope this helps!
Thus far we've cruised RCL exclusively and the only time we didn't get the Key was in 2021 during the start up when there was reduced capacity. The early embarkation and bags to your room plus wifi alone are worth it for us. Hope it worked out for y'all!!! Looking forward to more!
