I still wish more would have happened to her but I think the fact that Suleiman never touched her again did more damage than anything else
I understand Mahidevran. She lost her baby and Suleyman remedy for that was inviting Hurrem to his chambers instead of consoling woman who carried his baby. He tells Mahidevran you killed us but what has he done for her? I do not justify her but understand her pain And Hurrem was smart enough not to fight and win the war with this move
Let's nit forget sultan was having fun with hurrem's bestfriend when she gave birth to her first child 💔 this show makes our real sultan Suleyman bad guy 😌
He didn't know that she had lost the baby. Mahidevran was going to tell him when she saw Hurrem coming out of his chambers and then attacked Hurrem. Keep in mind, she had Hurrem's Emerald ring stolen and they figured out whether happened. The ring was taken back, Mahidevran sae the ring was gone and she got mad again. By the next morning she miscarried. She blamed Hurrem for something she didn't do. She expected to get the ring and assumed it was for her. Suleiman chose who he gavee jewelry to.
Because she thinks she can control mahidevran and she knew she could not control hurrem, like all mother in laws, they hate the ones they can't control.
I would have loved for Mustafa to se how his precius mommy behaved he always defended her and badmouthed hurrem and did everything in his power to humiliated her then it was his mommys fault
Mustafa was shown to suleyman to be not fit to sit on the throne by his mother and her influence on him. He's not only disrespectful to Hureem who was the queen but to suleyman at times. He's his mother's son ...
It rains, it snows, Mahidevran feels sick, a stone falls in her shoe, Valide doesn’t like meal… Everything is Hurrem’s fault!1!1!1!1 No wonder Hurrem became such a fighter, those evil vipers never gave her a chance! 😑😑
The ring Sueliman made for Hurrem...Mahadevrin wanted it, had soneone steal it for her, the beating of Hurrem, then the poison to kill Hurrem and the unborn baby at Sueliman's own table.....he saw the real Mahadevrin for what she was . She should have lost her head many times...being the mother of Mustafha is all that saved her.
I"m still not too sure queen mother did not have something put in Mahadiveren's drink to cause a miscarriage. When they brought the two drinks...queen mother gave to her...but sat hers down on the table...but told her to drink.
This is why I never liked Mahidevran. She always made-up lies and always envied Hurrem where she was innocent and did nothing to her at all. The reason why Hurrem became stone cold and heartless, seeking out revenges because she was tortured in many ways, sufffered for doing nothing and told many cruel things. She wasnt cruel she did right things. She had to survive and fight for the position she was in later.
When she came to the palace, she wasn't the sultan's favorite anymore except for mustafa being suleyman's son. Hureem was not even in the picture when mahidrevan arrived with mustafa. She lost suleyman's love or never had suleyman's love at all. She should just take care of herself and mustafa and not to worry about suleyman's love life be it Hureem or other concubines who beded suleyman. She just brought this upon herself. No sympathy for her.
Mahidevran just made her a victim. By not fighting back it is all on Mahidevran. Plus I believe his death is Mahidevran fault. He was trying to be good son and she just could not stop intriguing.
That is the powwr of a woman who understands and accept a man for who he is. Many women lose their marriages due to jealousy and lack of control of emotions
It's not like Hurrem is so smart. The king was in love with Hurrem and he wasn't in love with Mahidevran anymore. Mahidevran beat Hurrem but Hurrem killed a lot of people and Suleyman was aware of all of them, yet he liked that Hurrem was being jealous for him.

Like you said, the circumstances are too different to compare it outright with that of Bayezid in the Kösem series.
She and hurrem both act the same, with hurrem being much smarter. They both want him for themselves but their customs are what they are and if mahidevran was to remain nice she and him would have been on such good terms
Mahi stole a ring, beat up the favorite and worried herself to a miscarriage… clearly Mahi is the problem. Valide was just too prejudice to see it and stop it
Mahidevran never deserved such a poor treatment. Very unfortunate of her as well as her son. Both did not get justice for their frequent sufferings. Hurrem on the other hand can't be blamed for playing the villain either since she had lost everything including her loved ones, and was forced into doing all these to survive.
Hmm rewatching this makes me realise Hafsa was pretty innoccent compared to series Hurrem, Nurbanu, Safiye and Kosem. She was doing a good job as validem. Hurrem, Nurbanu, Safiye and Kosem were quite outstanding but that isn't all there is, in the series they lost a lot of their innoccence.
Hurrem knows what she's doing. She has a winning card. Think about it. If she had hit Mahidoran back, they would have accused each other of starting first and making the Sultan side with her. Mahidoran would hate..... Hurrem. I really like her.
I find it interesting that Valide is always going on about the rules and traditions, yet he is the Sultan and can change the rules if he wants, and he did.
Since the start it's always mahidevran throwing the first stone. Blaming hurrem for her miscarriage when it's her own sorrow that she can't handle. Like hurrem said, she didn't do anything.

What love? 😂😂 There was no love between them. Mahidevran was his concubine and he slept with hundreds women, before he met and loved Hurrem. He never committed to Mahidevran, he married only Hurrem.
I totally agree, I can't help noticing how with The Tudors and Game Of Thrones people actually point out the sexism and misogyny in this time period, but with Magnificent Century everyone is always putting the blame on the women. Suleiman is the one to blame here, it's a very similar cycle to the one you see with Katherine Of Aragon and Anne Boleyn, the man gets tired of the first woman he was with, and goes and finds a new shinier model. And as for why Mahidrevan was nicer to Gulfem maybe it was because Gulfem was able to acknowledge the unfairness of that system, I've seen it in real life to, some people taking advantage of the privileges/resources they have to get ahead unfairly, there's nothing wrong with that per say but one of the consequences is that your probably not going to be very likeable to other people.
What love are you talking about? Mahidevran was Suleiman’s slave and concubine, he never committed to her, he never promised her to be one and only. Besides Mahidevran he had tens other women. Afterwards he met Hurrem, fell in love with her, married her and committed to her by making Hurrem his LEGAL WIFE Haseki Sultan. Since when Suleiman was or should be committed to concubines? Oh what a lie and shame I don't know how she wasn't punished for her extremely bad actions she deserved to be punished to the fullest what they are doing to Hurim is bad I really want you to experience what Hurim feels like and that this is not funny at all
Mahi did the same thing to Gulfem. Only difference Gulfem accepted it as the way it was back then.
Why didn't hurrem.accept that too
And burned Maria's face e
Double standards
Hypocrite 😂😂😂

I am joking! Hurrem is Queen! She always wins as she truly loves Suleiman and Suleiman loves only her!
@@Aliakaramm the same old why dont you change the record

I agree she got away with murder beacuse of mustafa
👍
I know it seemed like Mahi got away with all the s*** she did but quite frankly the biggest way she was punished and it was the worst punishment she could ever get because Sulaiman never touched her again and that had a greater impact on her than anything anyone else could have done.
I do not justify her but understand her pain
And Hurrem was smart enough not to fight and win the war with this move
Let's nit forget sultan was having fun with hurrem's bestfriend when she gave birth to her first child 💔 this show makes our real sultan Suleyman bad guy 😌
@@MiaMaraa Real Suleiman was a great man and was loyal husband to Hurrem.
Suleiman chose who he gavee jewelry to.
valide never punished mahidevran...but when hurrem makes a mistake she is ready to punish her...
Because she thinks she can control mahidevran and she knew she could not control hurrem, like all mother in laws, they hate the ones they can't control.
And Suleyman does the same with Hurrem, it seems normal to me
I loved this scene on how Sulieman protected Hurrem...
Mahidevran’s stupidity has no limits. Imagine embarrassing yourself like this💀💀
Also good job Alexandra! 🥰😎🔥
😌😌✨
I would have loved for Mustafa to se how his precius mommy behaved he always defended her and badmouthed hurrem and did everything in his power to humiliated her then it was his mommys fault
Mustafa was shown to suleyman to be not fit to sit on the throne by his mother and her influence on him. He's not only disrespectful to Hureem who was the queen but to suleyman at times. He's his mother's son ...
Gosh that Mahidrevan is a liar, poor Hurrem did nothing! Vile creature!
It rains, it snows, Mahidevran feels sick, a stone falls in her shoe, Valide doesn’t like meal… Everything is Hurrem’s fault!1!1!1!1
No wonder Hurrem became such a fighter, those evil vipers never gave her a chance! 😑😑
Maria and Sumbul are the only ones who truly cares for hurrem
And nigar
As well as Suleiman
Dye cared
The ring Sueliman made for Hurrem...Mahadevrin wanted it, had soneone steal it for her, the beating of Hurrem, then the poison to kill Hurrem and the unborn baby at Sueliman's own table.....he saw the real Mahadevrin for what she was . She should have lost her head many times...being the mother of Mustafha is all that saved her.
Holy mother, those beating sound effects make you think Mahidevran would have already punch Hurrem's entire face out of her skull 😬
Dear Mahidevil( i know it's Mahidevran, but it suits her better), stop talking about lies when you do nothing else than saying them by yourself!
Hurrem needed to say BIG THANK YOU to Mahidevran. If she didn’t beat her, chase her, Suleiman may not dump Mahidevran so soon! 😆😆
Indeed
Mahidevran just made her a victim. By not fighting back it is all on Mahidevran. Plus I believe his death is Mahidevran fault. He was trying to be good son and she just could not stop intriguing.
Mahidevran destroyed herself n her son...with lies...
That is the powwr of a woman who understands and accept a man for who he is. Many women lose their marriages due to jealousy and lack of control of emotions
I also disagree that's is solely the woman's fault, even men need to learn to control themselves.
Her hatred and jealousy is what lost her the love of the sultan!
Mahidevran was never a Haseki. Such title never existed until Suleiman created it for Hürrem.
Oh look, Mahidevran, if it isn't the consequences of your own actions
It's not like Hurrem is so smart. The king was in love with Hurrem and he wasn't in love with Mahidevran anymore. Mahidevran beat Hurrem but Hurrem killed a lot of people and Suleyman was aware of all of them, yet he liked that Hurrem was being jealous for him.
They both killed people. Come on.
Hürrem is a victim but have little joy that Mahidevran destroyed herself alone😅😅 good job Mahi
Mahidevil fans look for excuses it's funny
[ 28:58 ] when i first watch this series i thought Mahidevran was worried abt Hurrem turns out they were enemies😭
As in real life, Hürrem played this stupidity from Mahidevran to perfection!
Oh Suleiman...if you were smart you would have banished Mahidevran on that very day. It would have saved you, Hurrem, Mustafa, your mother, sisters and friend a lot of trouble
It’s impossible because Mustafa was too young and needed his mother also his mother would insist otherwise it’s impossible
@@SexhatClhxlhxyoxyl it is possible, like Kosem did to Gulbahar…. Bayezid was also young. But in this case it wouldn’t “Save Mustafa” but it actually cause Mustafa to start hating his father at a young age which could lead to a rebellion when he’s older
@@KingSahi you comparing two different things lol Kosem is not Suleiman and the situation was vastly different as well as the era
@@KingSahi while feasible, I don't think that would be the case. Mustafa seems to adore his dad. And if a reasonable explanation was to be provided (Mahidevran violated the rules and attacked a person without provocation) the matter would close
@@ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣΑΜΑΝΑΤΙΔΗΣ-β7μ Given that Mustafa would have wound up, under some extent, in the care of Hafsa, who was determined to uphold tradition, it's likely that something like that would have been reiterated to him-your mother was removed for poor behavior, you cannot be the same. The only way a situation like that of Gülbahar would happen would be if, like her, Mahidevran was somehow allowed to keep in contact with Mustafa, which is a big maybe (I can see Hatice being tender hearted enough, but Hafsa might shut it down). Like you said, the circumstances are too different to compare it outright with that of Bayezid in the Kösem series.
Mahidevran actress did a really great job 👍
She and hurrem both act the same, with hurrem being much smarter. They both want him for themselves but their customs are what they are and if mahidevran was to remain nice she and him would have been on such good terms
18:10 So pitiful 😢. Life can be cruel.
I would be thinking of escape.
Hurrem sultan will teach a lesson to mahidevil hatun
Mahi stole a ring, beat up the favorite and worried herself to a miscarriage… clearly Mahi is the problem. Valide was just too prejudice to see it and stop it
Valide just fears what she can't control and she had no problems with gulfem because she controlled gulfem as well.
True story from.historical book ....😮
Hmm rewatching this makes me realise Hafsa was pretty innoccent compared to series Hurrem, Nurbanu, Safiye and Kosem. She was doing a good job as validem. Hurrem, Nurbanu, Safiye and Kosem were quite outstanding but that isn't all there is, in the series they lost a lot of their innoccence.
Ayşe Hafsa was extremely abusive though.
Hurrem knows what she's doing. She has a winning card. Think about it. If she had hit Mahidoran back, they would have accused each other of starting first and making the Sultan side with her. Mahidoran would hate..... Hurrem. I really like her.
witch episode is this?
Which episode?
Every girl needs a Sumbul in her life.
Suleyman asks Mahidevran: "What have you done to us." But what has he done to her?
1:45
I find it interesting that Valide is always going on about the rules and traditions, yet he is the Sultan and can change the rules if he wants, and he did.
Since the start it's always mahidevran throwing the first stone. Blaming hurrem for her miscarriage when it's her own sorrow that she can't handle. Like hurrem said, she didn't do anything.
Wait, you can heal bruises using meat? I didn’t know that!
I dont understand why people take side. Dont forget this was the time when whoever ascended the throne will kill their siblings…its no wonder these concubine does whatever they need to, to protect their sons…
If only she knew that the Mother Queen did that to her when she invited her to drink that juice 😮
This was the only real part of history
She was told to survive on her own, either she could be a concubine for life or sultan and she choose to be sultan. Mahidevran was doing the same then y so much hate
Reason for hate is that mahidevran pretended to be all pure and pious after all this, and blamed hurrem for everything wrong in her life.
@@richajain7753 you couldn't do evil things and claimed to be pure and pious and invoked God's name when you did something evil or whenever you try and hurt or kill someone.
@@jennylaw6820 that's what mahidevran did, and that's why she's hated, whereas hurrem did the same things but took responsibility for it, never blamed anyone for what she did and never pretended to be pure and pious either that's why she's respected.

Sultan sulaiman. Calling. Hurram. Sultan but mahedevran. Beat him. How she going. Sumbila what to do. Doni😂😂😂😂😂
She sure does have a heavy hand 😂
Honestly its justified your wife will be depressed if another women tries to take her role completely understandable and justified.
Mahidevran did the exact same thing to Gulfem. Hurrem coming in and charming Suleiman was karma hitting her in the face.
As i completely understand mahidevran, it was known for Sultan to have many women.
Hurrem beat up hatice like that
Plus Mahiderran always falls prey to her emotions.
It's funny when Suleiman says "What have you done to us" when he was the one who broke off from their love first and slept with another woman 😂
What love? 😂😂 There was no love between them. Mahidevran was his concubine and he slept with hundreds women, before he met and loved Hurrem. He never committed to Mahidevran, he married only Hurrem.
The women had no choice. They were either palace slaves, concubines, or given to other men where they were forced to serve the same purpose.
Lmao😂🤦🏻♀️
