I moved here 3 months ago, I really like it, very peaceful. El Paso chihuahuas baseball team (SD Padress AAA Team) SunBowl, NCAA Basketball, 250 parks, very family oriented city, I mean the list goes on, you just have to find whats out there.
Really good to hear! I've recently retired, and my wife and I are seriously considering moving to E.P. next year. We've never been, and are coming out (from Los Angeles) to visit and look around this coming August (2022). So far, everything I've seen and heard about it has all been very positive!
You forgot our beautiful scenic drive mountains with the beautiful Star overlooking.. People can see El Paso, Cuidad, Juárez & New Mexico from on top of the mountain! Especially beautiful at night.
Well... I had to bail out of Florida a couple months ago for various reasons. (One of which was high housing rental costs!) I considered going back to El Paso, where I lived about 50 years ago. It's a unique city, that sometimes gets an undeserved bad rap. However, I chose to move to North Mississippi instead. Much more suitable, especially for an older person.
Is El Paso as awesome a place as it sounds and looks? Never been there, but coming out for a visit ( from Los Angeles) in August. Seriously considering moving there in 2023.
Even though I live in Grand Canyon National Park, I'm from El Paso TX, my favorite is shopping, I love the fountains, plus the outlet mall on the westside. I love eating and shopping. 😁
Forgot to mention, I love the flea market on Sunday's good place to hang out. At fox plaza. I go back to El Paso Texas every winter to visit family. Its grown so much, I needed a GPS to get around my hometown. 😁
Just to let everyone know Steve McQueen , Ali McGraw had "n" interlude at the Holiday Inn downtown. Also Jack Nicholson shopped at Newberrys when he was filming The Border
I’m from El Paso. I left the second I was able to crawl. Not at 9 months old, but at 21 years old where I crawled home every weekend from getting wasted at the bar. I’m adding my top 5 that are similar to the top 10 in this video. 1. Walmart 2. The bus stop from the airport to downtown 3. The Welfare Office 4. Any McDonald’s 5. The Airport, Bus Station, or any type of transportation types that will get you the hell out of El Paso!! Top ten things to in El Paso?!?! Lol. WTF?!?
There is alot of disrespectful and drug addicts here in el paso texas I live my entire life here in el paso texas there is alot of people that don't serve you here in el paso texas
Come to Las Vegas nv and see drug addicts and real assole . I cant have a girl in room with people trying to get u kick out .yes as black the jobs you get Is back breaking jobs. Unless you Black gay man and then you get good jobs
?? I believe and I hope you meant a very diverse community! Let’s not forget. El Paso Texas , New Mexico Nevada all used to be Mexico. Our Native culture as well as Mexican culture is engrained in the community… so please know the real History
@@sithstalker901 I know the history of El Paso, I was born and raised here. El Paso is an American city, just because the majority of the people are Hispanic, doesn't mean it's any less American than San Francisco, Vegas or Austin.
It is NOT the USA’s absolute safest. I forget what it was but something in El Paso went into Mexico a bit, but became too dangerous due to drug related violence.
El Paso is not great at all! the city has no major attractions other than Ciudad Juarez! The city is getting ready to debunk the voter overwhelmingly approve downtown arena! So that tells you not to waste your times visiting a very boring city filled with gun violence. EVERYDAY the Greg Abbott Way! I know where I'm coming from! Seeing is believing?

ELP is a very underrated city. I've only been a couple times, but found it to be very friendly. I plan on visiting again soon.

Do this, too!!

The theater is beautiful! Was there not long ago for Fab Four concert.
Nice video 📸
I like it El Paso
Southwest University Park is NOT the only stadium in town. Ever heard of the Sun Bowl?
Wages are very low, I moved there, lived 2 years and moved out again.

I forget what it was, but something right over the Mexican border was once GREAT, but now is way to dangerous due to drug related violence.
I believe there’s drug related violence in virtually every city in this country

The violence in neighboring Juarez, Mexico, stays in México. El Paso itself is relatively safer than most other large cities in the U.S.
Yeah you already said that twice in the comment section.
not much to do
