It's amazing what a support network can do! Especially when you can have transparency! There is so much truth to this than in just sport or tech, support networks where we feel heard and encouraged, rather than judged or compared...makes such a huge different. This was an amazing talk Sue. Thank you so much!
This is a great example of why female TED's are better. They aren't yelling at you, pointing their fingers waving them with advice on what we have to do. Instead a great talk with real meaning - LOVED IT!
My mom supported me, but my dad always told me I can do anything boys do, but better. As much as I think boys need a strong female role model, I think girls need strong dads who believe in them too.
Team work makes the dream work! I can totally understand why women would feel more confident and supported working along side other women. I do look forward to the time where both men and women can be comfortable and productive working along side each other though.

The feeling of losing confidence is a dooming experience of uncertainty. It's a thing.
