You should put a blanket over the chain when pulling. If the chain breaks it will be captured in the blanket and won’t recoil or pieces becoming projectiles. This is what I used to do. Stay safe. Aloha from Hawaii. Keep the videos coming.
Great to see honest people doing the necessary job. Just curious that when you get a rebuild title inspection again, they don't check if the body work was safe and good enough.
Danny... how great to see him! Glad he is doing good! Please tell him I miss the inspirational videos of him working on cars! You all are talented in the family. Each has their own skill set. It is always a pleasure watching you all work hard to fix and repair them. Stay safe and be well! Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦 🇺🇦 🇺🇦
Hi from uk guys👍👋 another great pull from how crooked that lef was and nice to see exactly as you say do whole leg as unit dont cut cos this is part of crumple zoneband could change how a future impact scenario would lay out if well to much etc maybe strong or weaker depending on person and will definitely not be as designed, great job and better to be safe than sorry👌 thanks for your time and be safe see you soon👋👍
Yuri and Nate take one for the family, great work. Vlad needs a family four door truckster. Where is the engine and transmission?, didn't realize that was an option in 2017, lol. The channel grew over ten percent in thirty days! Keep up the great work. Peace!
Dang Yuri, standing next to the hook after the other broke?Could've turned your berries to jelly with a Snap.Really good job pulling the sub-frame back into position for the new one. That windshield tray and pillar area work was awesome too.I'd wondered if it would straighten and you did it.Thanks for another lesson.
Haha no kidding bro, cut it clean off when I was 14, ran my left hand through a table saw on my first day of my first job. Two fingers clean off. Long story short, the pinky doesn’t work and the index is missing the tip 🤣
@@23RD @@23RD and still laughing! 😅. But those are some serieus injuries bro! Poar hand... it makes your daily content even more special! Respect💪🏻 keep it up and ✌🏻🇺🇦.
oh Man Yuri, that was an ouchie and could have be en a lot worse, which piece was welded to that piece again??..Yuri is Thor with that hammer and Daddy Boss giving instructions..That was an amazing video!
“I want the Austin” Man I didn’t know you were Ukraine. The world is with you. Lovely parcel from Alaska Airlines in the last video, how cool was that.
You need to invest in a proper measuring system so you can verify length, width and height all at the same time upper and lower dimensions. Also you would have found damage where the rail mounts to the floor. Carpet should have been pulled back and stress relieved there using a block of wood and hammer. I have been doing unibody and frames for 50years and have my own shop, you need more training if you want to repair cars safely. Be safe. Multiple pulls at the same time reduce pressure needed to correct damage.
Yuri i think your looking at a proper Fred Flintstone motor here - less motor - put feet through floor and run but seriously (i don't do serious) what were you thinking, i like your can do attitude mate, top marks PS - cloves are a brilliant thing for keeping hands slightly cleaner than without, BUT from a safety issue (and show Health and Safety this video) THIS is exactly what happens when using tools in particular power tools one of my old boys was using an angle grinder with a wire wheel, you know that nasty evil thing that's cone shaped and the wire is so stiff it was designed to rip skin clean off the bone, it very nearly did, as the angle grinder tore into the glove, ripped the grinder from the users hands, then continued to run, wrapping the cable round his arm and eventually pulling the plug from the wall, it was proper out of control, i never seen anything like it, his hand was near ripped to pieces so warning kiddies, if you like blood, continue to wear gloves and the same goes for welding, you can react far quicker at something hot touching you for a millisecond, try getting a glove off with something hot inside, you do a lot more damage - stay safe peeps
I was looking on line there are lot nice used frame machines get no less than 3 pulling towers I have built wrecks all my life I am 52 know having nice equipment will make it easier on you
So while some are talking Yuri and Nate doing most of the work an pushes the car right up the slope, then when Yuri twists his finger up, a simple bandage an some tape....men are men, those cry baby boys are still hanging on mother's skirts ! Go for it men, its going to be a bomb of a car
Hey Yuri, great video content. For people who don’t know (myself included) for example red Honda, why do you need to pull it out if you’re gonna replace the frame rail and core support??
if you get most "a kind of fitting" you can start by replacing the part and adjusting stuff... if you gonna try and fit parts on a bend car, you could just take any part you find and try to get it fit (it will never fit as gaps will be so wrong you get nothing finished
Correct me if I'm wrong! No other channel is dodging chains on a daily like Yuri & Nate do for our entertainment. Nate please learn life saving techniques Yuri is reckless 🤣🤣.
This to me is a good example of why people should think twice before buying a car with a salvage title. The outside may look great, but who knows what lies beneath. Prove me wrong, but there's no way the reconstructed frame is going to perform as well as before (the crash) and ensure the same level of safety is achieved in an accident.
ok, so I am not a body man, so ,stupid question, why do you spend time beating and banging on a part your gonna cut off and replace anyway? why not just drill out the welds and replace it?
That’s actually a very good question, anytime you are replacing something, you want to pull it out before cutting. The reason is because the area where the new parts will attach may be pushed in, if you cut it before pulling and it’s pushed in you will have to use the new parts to pull after you have already welded them in. This usually cause damage and is not a good idea.
You should put a blanket over the chain when pulling. If the chain breaks it will be captured in the blanket and won’t recoil or pieces becoming projectiles. This is what I used to do. Stay safe. Aloha from Hawaii. Keep the videos coming.
It was great and welcome to see an old face again aka dannytv on your channel, knowing he is still alive and well, the build is going great too

as always great stuff thanks
I just repaired the exact damage on a 2019 accord. Just swap the entire rail with the apron up to the firewall.
If u don’t mind me asking .. how long did the repair process take ?
@@darylbennett6655 took me about a month in a smaller garage. Weekends and some evenings after work

Wow that Honda got hit big time.Hope it worked out at the end.Interesting repair

You need to get with mo clamp they have chains and clamps they have warranty they will replace what brakes
I definitely need to invest in better equipment, I’m hoping to get a new frame machine that will come with clamps and stuff

This was a parts car easily . The photos were hella deceiving. Looked like a lite frame repair 😳
This exactly what legit shop owners are afraid of bodyman doing when they come in on Saturday hacking shit out keep it to yourself.
Why dont you guys heat the frame rail first before you pull it out?
