My cf19 died from a power surge. Just bought a cf54 mk3 to get a little more modern. Buying a rugged or semi rugged laptop new is out of my range, but got a 3k hour mk3 totally loaded up (32gb ddr4, 2tb SSD, gps/LTE/fingerprint reader) for 560 bucks.
Is this compatible with an Ofiyaa P2 Pro triple screen monitor? Does it have ports to power this device? Can it be upgraded to accommodate this device? Thank you for this review.
I've been wondering this too, I put a 512gb NVMe in CF-54 MK1 to perform a clean install of Win11 and the drive did not populate on the drive selection screen when installing, I didn't try installing a driver for it because I was time constrained so I put a SATA M.2 SSD, I'll try to install NVMe driver when I have time.
All you need is the secondary battery on hand. Once you remove the DVD drive, you just slide the secondary battery into its place. Hopefully this helps, thanks for watching!
@@Bobjohnson yeah not so easy apparently even though i have ghe very expensive battery on hand already. I removed the rear cover and two screws holding the DVD drive but than realized that there is nothing that the second battery could plug into. It's missing the small connector harness that connects second battery with motherboard. Do you by chance know the part number for the aforementioned connector harness?
Yeah, it does need the secondary battery connector. I don't have the part number on hand, but we might be able to source one for you. Call our office at 302-659-2727 and one of our technicians can look for one and price one out for you. Hopefully this helps, thanks for watching.
Try running a sound check and reinstalling your hot key software. If those two things don't work, try our www.bobjohnson.com/tech-support-form/ Thanks for Watching.

We're sorry to hear that. Hopefully that CF-54 works out good for you!
Shoutout from TAT Express out of Hutchins, TX
Shoutout from DE. Great channel friend.
thought dual storage drive with raid mirroring would make it to the list
My cf52 screen cracked. Will a cf54 screen work? Do they make an extra HDD enclosure for the cf52 to replace the optical drive?
