Dear Suresh, thanks for your demonstration. What if the tunnel I use civil 3D has lot of different radius, and I need to put the chainage model align with the tunnel? thanks advanced.
There is no Z cordinate in the Test-Point.xlsx that you saved but it is in the Point-For_Tunnel.xlsx, Please let me know how I can get the elevation(z) cordinate from the tunnel propile on the same point with tunnel alignment of horizontal. Thanks in advance.
@@suresh1787 Exactly !!! But we have plan alignment and profile (vertical) alignment seperately in normal. Also we don't design 3d alignment line yet from the first time of design. But you explained 3 corrdinate, like as you showed us the plan alignment only to make a file of Test-Point.xlsx on the video but z cordinate filled on the excel sheet of the file Point-For_Tunnel.xlsx, after turn on the screen again. It's magic !!! Please let me know how you get the z coordinate !!!

Hi, Suresh, How can I calculate the elevation from the profile? I couldn't find this part.
good job, congrats!

When you export the points file from Civil 3D you will have all 3 coordinates(x, y & z)
