there is a lot of video for led tester in tube , this is the best and the only one which is safe.
the only problem I have, my multimeter is very old and 3 holes in row. so the space between the holes are short and i can't put that AC plug into it. i should do some cheating. and also I'll use 18650 battery since i don't have mobile phone battery.

Okay, the power plug is European. I've always wondered about the history of why Europe uses a 220 vac. Here in the U.S. I've got a similar question about our 120-240 vac system.

Does this device that you developed seem very useful for using the Kelvin method to find shorted components on the board? Is the component that has the lowest voltage on the multimeter probably the one with the short circuit? Am I right?

It measures accurately, but everything depends on the resistor that determines the current.
@ErCanEverything Ok, I do everything like you. Do I have the exact measurements for the zener diode and the LEDs?
@user-ck3ke3eo2r Especially with zener diodes, the measurement is correct, but with LEDs, it measures the minimum voltage for lighting, which is enough to know the approximate operating voltage. But this is also the case with professional meters. For example, this multimeter that I use has this function up to 10V, but even with it it shows low voltage at the LEDs
