  • I broke my hand a week ago and was put in a cast.
    I had some pain, pressure and self pity 🙃
    Today i switched to a light plastic cast, (after the heavy awkward one..)
    I made a deal with myself from the start, that when the pain decreases I'll start moving.
    Today was the day.
