Wasalaam sister Fatema, No I did not blended the Keema in a blender. I simply mixed with my hands after adding the marination and spices. Enjoy making of this Recipes. 🍴😊

Makeupaddikt make sure not to buy ground beef with fat. shop for no lean ground meat. once your qorma comes to boil then only add the meat balls, N please follow my steps. hope this helps :)
its not a problem, you can just use any cooking pot with a lid, and bring this dish to boil/simmer tills cooked, for about 20 to 30mins on med to low heat. cover with lid half way. enjoy :)

Salam u absolutely can not say it afghan kofta this is fusion of indian and afghan....coz garam masala and ginger garlic paste is nit be used in afghan cousin.
No need to be sorry, the color is dark, Because I fired the Onions a little darker.....If you want to the Kofta Qorma to look light..Than fry/cook the Onions light brown or pink.. Thankyouu

you can marinate it for 1hour, or use it right away.

No we Afghans do add an egg but only the yoke. It helps to keep everything together.
