2. Winning the power would prevent other people from using the power by killing
3. He can't really use the bfb prize and Two's power could maybe help him with stuff like disabling his death sucking

I see that both of them are intelligent, but TD is way more Intelligent, in BFDI she got 15/20 questions right, pretty smart right
And Pillow is Psychopath and TD is a menace one
